My fellow traveler and I just needed a place to sleep and shower for a couple of nights so we were not even interested in the fact they had no amenities. We did however expect the place to be in decent condition. Every piece of furniture was damaged and while it was cleaned, the sheets were stained and the room had a strong odor. My fellow traveler’s room literally had a light switch in the bathroom where the switch plate was half broken off leaving it fully exposed. It was by far the worst property conditions I have ever stayed in.

There were roaches in the room. The carpet left black stains on your feet. The bathtub had a roach in it and the faucet ran all night and we could not get it to turn off. The beds were hard. They said they had over 300 hundred tv channels. There were about 12. The chairs by the table had stains all over then. The end tables and tv stand and round table were in horrible shape bare wood exposed.

Picture online is nothing like the actual place, it was suppose to be a suite but the second room didn’t have a television nor a bathroom, the carpet was nasty, refrigerator was nasty, the room actually creeped me out. It was a waste of money I ended up not staying there.

The room was not clean. The tv had no sound. The cockroaches were unnerving. We will not revisit.

I checked in and the first room they gave us was being remodeled, the second room smelled like marijuana and they said all of their rooms smell like that. I asked for a refund but they refused, they put us in a newly remodeled room that wasn’t completely finished but after over an hour of their drama we stayed. But WILL NEVER GO BACK. Once you book on Hotels.com and pay, they consider it a booked room and will not give refunds, no matter what. SEE PICTURE

Didn't like much except for the closeness of food establishments.As soon as we got to our room there were 2 roaches on the sink

There was nothing great about the property. We asked for them to not clean the room but then we came back the room smelled like cologne where someone had been in the room. Nothing was missing but it seemed like things were moved around a bit. The location was noisy, there were roaches and it smelled like bug spray most of the time. It was not a great experience but we didnt have a choice as everything in town was sold out.

Horrible stay!!!!! Owner is a drunk and a crook. Took my money to extend my stay and then told me I didn't pay. He called me a hooker to my husband. He gave another couple our room key and they entered when I was half dressed. He had given us keys to other people's rooms as well. We had to call police out just to get a room. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had and will not be back

Room was dirty. I had to clean nite stands and some of the walls. Phone was messed up. Filthy writing on lamp shades and note stand. Very loud next door, cops wnded up being called after bottle broken on another patron. Dead bolt wouldn't work, i had to call 3 times and wait 3 hours foe it to get fixed. I dont usually give reviews but ive learned to not always go by the reviews. It was the worst stay ever!!

Pipes froze three days before check out. Not incoming pipes out going pipes. No shower no toilet. Second floor flooded first.

Clean sheets but disgusting room, The towels had strings hanging off of them showing them being worn out but they smelled and looked to be clean, my arm bumped the picture frame on the wall and a needle with drugs in it fell on my head. The carpet was completely saturated with stains and the furniture was in horrific condition. The lobby was closed so we weren’t able to access anything in the office however didn’t need to do so because of the window. The remote controls to turn on the TV were missing batteries the shower however was very clean, the smoke detectors were missing from the ceiling and there were literally wires hanging out of the hole and the door would not close completely. Too many things to mention but we were a bunch of bachelor guys the only thing we were there for were to shower and sleep the parking lot has huge potholes and the steps leading up to the second floor are barely holding on together. I’m not the one to complain but if you’re staying here you need to know what you’re getting into I didn’t see any animals in my room nor any bugs but I was only there to shower and sleep will not stay here ever again!

Microwave did not work, Coffee pot did not work, Bar in shower was hanging off, thin walls to where you can hear the neighbors fighting all night, bums asking for change every time you go to your car, empty beer bottles on windowsills when arrived to room, room smelled horrible and had ashes everywhere, tagging on walls, blood on walls, just overall bad place. Charges more if you buy room in person. Put hold on debit card without notifying you so watch your account.

I know the owners are trying to keep up with the supply and demand, but if they really want to continue to stay in Expedia they must deliver what they advertise in such known website. The pictures of the place are outdated they’re nothing of what they’re advertising. I would’ve been more than happy to pay more. But I should’ve known “the price was too good to be true”. And I guess I got what I paid for. Thanks though, I got a goodnight sleep considering the circumstances.

We found a bed bug on our bed, we went up to the front to get a refund and they refused. The worst experience. We had red bumps all over our chest. NOT recommended just keep looking.

The furniture looked like they had picked it up in an alley. I cleaned the bathroom myself because it looked so bad. I asked for a non-smoking room but this one had an ashtray in it that wasn't even cleaned.

There's certain groups of persons, walking about the property at all times of the night. Wasn't really sure if my belongings would safe or not

Furniture was old and there was dirt in the corners of the room. I think my dad got bit by a spider that crawled into his pants on the floor, he had to be treated a few days later for it. Pay a few more dollars for a better hotel than this, it will be worth it!
