It's a Best Western. I go in not expecting much based on past experiences. The room was cramped in the bathroom area but the rest was fine. What i liked most was the bed. It was soft and comfortable. Maybe it was the day of driving but i fell right asleep. Breakfast was decent s well.

A very quiet comfortable hotel. Not all that much to do in the area but perfect location for the Garmin marathon and not that far of a drive to downtown.

The internet was not working when i arrived and never got fixed. The elevator was not working but was fixed but after I walked up three levels with all my stuff. In the shower there was no shampoo and body soap was worthless

Was horrible pool was dirty hot tub wasn’t warm and dirty. Call the property in advance for parking and hot tub but was told there was room and pool and hot tub working. I only book for those amenities. Won’t stay there anymore.

Stayed here for 3 nights during my daughter’s spring break. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was very nice. Breakfast was good. I also liked the location. Staff was friendly as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice room. Pet friendly which was excellent. We loved having two chairs for sitting. We didn’t have to sit on bed to chat. Breakfast was wonderful. Great place to stay. Friendly service.

You get what you pay for. Building was ran ok, but old. Strong smell of cleaning chemicals in halway. Breakfast was above average and one of the nicer things about this location

When we arrived our reservation had not been confirmed with the hotel from Hotels.com, so we had to wait for almost an hour until it got straightened out. The breakfast was fabulous, the pool was great, the rooms good. Our heater/AC unit only blew air. We reported it and they said it would be fixed, but then it didn't work at all. They accommodated adjoining rooms for us. We would stay there again.

Not as pictured. On the plus, the bed was very comfy and linens were nice. Furniture is old. No shampoo or body wash in dispensers. Bathroom very small. Sink very small. This place has new carpet and paint but it is still an old hotel that has not been well cared for. Elevator very dirty. For a couple bucks more get a better place.

This hitel gad a comfortable bed and nice size room. I was disappointed the pool was out of serive our whole stay. I booked this hitel based on having a pool.

Room was not made up the 3rd night. Had to go to front desk every night for enough towels. Night desk clerk on nights 2, 3, and 4 acted like I was a burden and elevator was broken on night 4. Stayed there again because staff and service was so good a year ago.

Front desk staff are less than stellar. They are tasked with too much and it shows. Simple requests take forever!

Found food from previous tenants in room. Found used ear plug in room. Ripped couch cushions, office chair and worn/scratched furniture found in room. Staff was nice but the place is not well looked after. Very limited parking. No extra blanket. AC in room not adjustable.

Nice hotel for the price especially on a work trip room to work on your laptop and a room to chill and watch tv without having to sit on the bed. They could use a little faster WIFI but a nice hotel for the price.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Should have given 4 star though as coffee machine did not work and coffee wasn't maintained in the pot (either was empty or cold). Other than coffee, all was excellent.

The property was clean and in a convenient location for us. The breakfast was great. Our only issue was that our room had a very strong chemical smell. We checked in late in the evening and so tired we thought it would fade away but it was so strong that by morning our nose and throat burned and we had headaches. When we left the room for breakfast and then came back in the room it was still very very noticeable. Our mistake for not asking to change rooms.

I was quite disappointed in the overall condition of the place. Lots of stained carpet, broken tiles, peeling paint, broken furniture, the tv in our room had a very bad picture/some of the backlights were out, the fridge was broken…..overall it was just a fairly unpleasant stay. The breakfast left a lot to be desired; the eggs were really watery, the coffee machine was broken every morning except 1, and most of the time they were out of half of the hot plate items. There only towels in the pool area on the first day, and it was nearly impossible to find someone at the desk at any given time. After standing there for 20 minutes the second day, I just left. Overall; not a great experience.

Front desk clerk was unfriendly and did not greet us, welcome us, or smile once during check-in. It was about 8:30 pm.
There was inappropriate music blaring with racial slurs. She yelled at someone behind her in an office to change the channel.
