This hotel was cheaply built and is already showing a lot of wear and tear. The dresser had crooked drawers which we didn't even try to open; the one chair in the room was very worn. The shower head was not properly installed, the sink dripped for a minute after being shut off, the walls in the musty-smelling stairwell were grimy, etc. There were no racks to hang our towels on, and only one small hook on the back of the bathroom door.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good for what we had planned, and the price was reasonable for the condition of the hotel.
As is typical for hotels like this, the breakfast buffet had plates, utensils, cups that go straight into the trash/landfill, and very few healthy items (no whole wheat bread, for instance).

Everything was exceptional except I had to have my room keyed 3 time cause it wouldn't work. Thank God for the housekeeper who graciously let me into my room.

The hotel was average for our price. Things were older, but the room was clean and functional. Our pillows felt uncomfortable and we borrowed some from our daughter.The thing that bothered us the most was the odor of marijuana as we entered our hallway from the elevator. At one point we could smell it in our room. We reported it to the front desk and they said they would follow up. We talked about staying another day, but cut our trip off early and headed for home. The rental policy indicated no smoking- I'm surprised that staff had not noticed. The odor was evident for the two days we were there.

I had reserved two rooms. When I got there they had me booked for one room. I should them the reservation and confirmation number. They couldn't find it. I had to book another room because I had my sister and her 3 daughters and there was no way we would all fit. My room was fine, but my sister's room was not. She had stained sheets. The bathroom tub leaked water into the room. She had asked for new sheets and she ended have to make the beds herself. I did speak to the manager in the morning. He refunded $23 for one of the rooms. I feel the staffs could have done more to accommodate my sister and her children or should have refunded me in full for that room since water was leaking from the bathroom to the lamp in the bedroom. I would add a photo, but it won't let me.

We have been coming here for the past couple of years to visit our son at Ft. Sill. It started out nice and clean. Now its just run down.
First night cops came out because a car was broken into. Next morning the fire alarm when off due to fire in kitchen. The bathroom door was patched not painted and the shower head was full of gross matter.

Our stay was fine.
I made a dual reservation and the 2nd reservation caused issues from day 1.
We didn’t get in until 12:30 am on my 2nd night, my friend’s first night. The reservation could not be located for over 30 minutes. It was a fiasco. I will Not use hotels.com again!

Well, when we got to the hotel at 330pm our room wasn’t ready. An hour later when we got a room, it wasn’t the correct room. We had 5 people and they put us in a room with no pull out couch. So I went and told the front desk, he got us a different room. We let the kids swim there was no heater so it was freezing cold. My son was excited to workout in their gym. NONE of the equipment worked. It was ALL broke. Then there was a knock at our door around 9am, my husband and daughters answered the door, the lady cleaning apologized and said she was just “really high”. I was dumbfounded! We will never stay here again. It’s nasty! Everything is broke. We used the stairs because the elevator made some VERY questionable sounds. Nope. Won’t spend a penny there again!

We got the room with the whirl pool. Unfortunately that where the problem started. The carpet was wet and had a mold smell. I suspect there is probably mold underneath the carpet.

Was adequate. Felt a little nervous by area. Bathroom was not clean. I had to throw away a mascara brush, what looked like pieces of silly string, as well as saw some ones tweezers there from a previous stay. People were friendly, breakfast was good.

The pool is not heated. The website does not mention that and the indoor pool was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. It was freezing! So cold I could see my breath!

There were cockroaches in the room. I woke up the cockroaches crawling on me. I told the desk attendant in the morning they said there’s nothing that we can do. We can tell maintenance to spray the room, spraying a single room isn’t going to kill the cockroaches in the entire building, the cockroaches, are just gonna leave the room and go to another room that you didn’t treat. No sorry no nothing. Stay at this property if you like waking up at 1 o’clock in the morning with cockroaches crawling on you .

The staff was great, the rooms was clean. The beds sucked. They are cheap super firm beds. Worst night of sleep I have had in a while. The breakfast was ok if you stick to the cereal or waffles. They don't have roll away beds either. If your 3 men working out of town you either get a second room or buy an air up mattress. Which is more comfortable than the beds in the hotel.

Usually the stay here is pleasant. We usually book a King suite with a jetted tub. Extremely dissatisfied this time though because housekeeping dropped the ball. I could see one mistake not FOUR. We checked in and immediately noticed the night stand wasn’t wiped down. Sticky ring where lamp was and dragged across it, no shower curtain, one bath towel when there’s supposed to be 4. Two in bathroom and two for jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was filthy with scum and hair still in it.

Checked in late and the front desk person, Jordy, was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and very spacious. We were on the third floor, which must have been the smoking floor, because it smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana. The front desk was notified but stated there was nothing they could do. The breakfast was not much. Biscuits and gravy was the only hot component. Coffee was hot and good. Overall I would recommend if by yourself but not if you are with kids.

The property is not worth the price they charge. Other than the room and location do not expect any additinal services. Gym & laundry were out of order, Housekeeping didnt had toothbrush & tooth paste , Breakfast spread was terrible not even eggs or fruits.
I will not choose or recommend this property.

The employees were wonderful but our room was not clean. Stains on the pillow cases, clumps of hair on our bedsheets, more stains on the couch pillows. Cobwebs in the stairwell on the walls. The front desk and breakfast cook were very friendly and were hard at work, just disappointed in the cleanliness of our room.

This is my worst hotel experience. People slammed the doors all night long, talking on the hall ways and smoking weeds. Bed was very uncomfortable. They said that Expedia overbooked us with 2 queens so we have to switch to a King size room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was painful to sleep in. AC was so loud we had to turn it off, no housekeeping during the stay. Breakfast was horrible. There is nothing good about this hotel. Please don't stay here.
