Great trip! Fairfield was just what we needed - clean, convenient, and a friendly staff! We would be happy to stay here again!

The hotel is easy to reach, the lobby is clean and inviting. The desk clear was there to greet me and my check-in went with no hitches. Breakfast in the morning was light, but coffee was good! I only wish people would not have personal conversations on their phone with speaker on, while having breakfast.

The jacuzzi hot tub was out of service and the indoor pool was out of service as well. I wasn’t notified of this until I tried to get assess to the hot and pool , and was very disappointed

We had a power outage in the area so the hotel got an unexpected surge in business. Staff and new management were great. The TV streaming is very poor for Showtime but regular TV is fine.

Front desk staff was very rude and unhelpful. We booked two rooms and he insisted we didn’t have that on our reservation, without offering to troubleshoot. Turns out it was just under a different name. He blamed “third party booking sites.” Our hotel room smelled like urine and the smell would not go away after opening windows, spraying air freshener, etc. After calling the front desk, we were told that they were booked at capacity and we would not be able to switch rooms (although he also didn’t offer to have anyone come clean the room or give any alternatives to our situation). The free breakfast was also inedible.

Sadly this stay was very disappointing. 1st night we arrived very early around 3am. Desperate for a shower to find the tub did not drain. Worst ahower ever. We called front desk to fix next day. Called again in the afternoon while out for all our appointments and found out we have to change room. Got back to old room at 2am to move our things and found all food we left in the refrigerator the day before was gone. Again we had another long day. This time we were in a new room with a working shower....but no food to eat. So we spent another night..in disbelief and disappointed.

Outside of the hotel looks fresh but the inside is dated. Elevator did not work during our stay so we had to carry our stuff up stairs. Will not stay here on my next trip and will not recommend this hotel.

This property is vastly improved over the prior year. Much safer, much cleaner. Only complaint is that the fitted sheet on my king sized bed was about 3 sizes too big, so it slid all over the place, which did not help my sleep, but other than that 4.5/5.0

Haven't stayed here in about 9 months and the place has totally changed, much safer, much quieter, much prettier on the outside, but it all comes at a price, and the visitors are paying for it dearly. Last year you could get a room here for under a hondo, now it is going to cost you almost TWO HONDO? Seems VERY excessive for Milledgeville...

Double-billed me for my stay. Then when I called about it, they told me to e-mail someone with proof I was double-billed. After I did that, they did.... nothing. I had to call back and even then, they told me to wait a couple of days and call back.

I stay in Marriott properties frequently and this one does not meet your standards. The attendant at check in was very tentative and unprepared. There were NO towels in our room and we were very tired and sweaty from a long day outdoors. We were told there were no towels left because of a wedding party and there was nothing she sould do about it. She was very inappropriate for guest services and came across as uncaring and inept. Will switch hotel chains when possible. We paid good money for a place to sleep and clean up after a long day and did not receive the value we paid for.

The customer service was atrocious, our room was not ready at 5:30 pm, there is no working AC in the fitness facility, they advertise a hot tub, but it has never been operational in the multiple we have stayed there, the pool was freezing, and the breakfast consisted of cereal and bagels (no OJ even). Will not stay here again. Oh- and I was double charged.
