I can fully recommend the Residence to stay at. They welcomed us warmly, and the accommodations were comfortable and in a prime location.

This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. Lovely apartment. Comfortable, clean and right at the marina with great restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our visit, walke two hours to the Luxury Outlets when the bus, nearby takes only 15 minutes. Also enjoyed the Casino and a short train ride to Monaco/Monte Carlo.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The apartment was modern and extremely tidy and clean. Excellent location. Highly recommend.

Great staff, location and facilities

Absolutely loved this apartment hotel! We got their room with balcony and sea view and was excellent. The apartment is very convenient located, close to beach and city center. Kitchen is well equipped. Excellent service.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The photos online don't do the property justice. The room was spacious and comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

We were so impressed with the modern furnishings in the apartment, they really thought of everything! The service of a hotel with the comforts of a home. Clean, comfortable, bright and airy, the only thing better than the accommodations were the staff. So friendly, they spoke perfect English and greeted me by name at every occasion. We were able to do our laundry, take their bicycles out, sit on our patio and be amazed by the view and it’s so close to everything important. The biggest thing I can say about this residence is that we felt extremely safe. The security is excellent, there is always a staff member on hand watching the entrances. The next time we visit San Remo we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Great location, with excellent friendly staff who greeted us as soon as we pulled up in the car. Convenient and safe parking right outside, free bike use, well equipped apartment with maid and good view. Spacious roof top with free loungers to relax. Right next to lively bit of town but tucked round the corner so really is a great spot. Nothing to find fault with at all.

Have stayed there in the past, very friendly place to stay, pleasant decor, well equipped, nice area. Daily maid service in self-catering development is a major plus

The staff was very friendly and checked us in quickly. They even upgraded our room. We had a two bedroom with 1 and 1/2 bathrooms a kitchen and a balcony. It was very nice for a family of 4. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. The hotel also has bikes free for use. Which was perfect to ride along the coast on the bike path. There is a grocery store just two blocks away. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to anyone else.

We booked for 3 days in Sanremo in a 'panoramic' room at the Residence die due Porti. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in apartment 14 on the 3rd floor, overlooking the breakwater. The apartment has a well catered kitchenette, a comfortable sitting/dining area and a very comfortable king bed, plenty of pillows. Immaculately clean and well fitted out. Small shower cubicle was the only negative. The cafes and restaurants in Sanremo were very good, as was the shopping. One of our favourite towns along the whole French/Italian Riviera. Staff including Matteo, Andrea, Lorenzo and Ivano were super helpful and friendly. The cleaning lady, Nicoletta stopped and had a friendly chat each time we saw her. We booked at Porti because of its excellent reviews and we found Porti exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

payable and free beach next to the hotel, just over the road (one way road). close to the hotel different bars and restaurants, sea side rooms with great view city with all kinds of shops reachable by foot regular shop (food, drink, and all normal daily stuff) open 7/7 till 24:00hrs ;-) planty of km to ride with the bicycle on new made roads the former railway way we will return ;-)

Lovely family break right by the beach. Hotel very clean with great staff and a little kids play area. Car park is a tight squeeze but a handy feature. Lots of good local restaurants within walking distance. Sandy beach is perfect for kids and relaxing enough for grown ups.

Unfortunately, we only got to stay here for a single day. In a heartbeat, we would go back to this place for a longer stay. I'm not 100% sure we would stay in the summer when this location, hotel, and room type are probably full of families with small children, due to the proximity to the beach and the children's play areas, but in winter, spring, or fall, we would come back - the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke to us in English. Parking was available for our stay for a very reasonable price. The restaurants, bars, and grocery store located adjacent to the hotel and within walking distance were very convenient, and the restaurant we did go to for dinner was incredible. Many other sights of the town were walkable from this beach/harbor-front hotel too. The apartment-style room was good, with a full kitchenette and refrigerator perfect for in-room cooking, eating, and a longer-term stay. The roll-down shutters brought dark and relative quiet to the room...Sanremo's scooters are many and loud. Great location! Excellent staff and service. The off-season price was unbeatable!

Top staff very friendly and helpful. the up grade my apartment from 2nd night for free. Very good location close to every thing right on the beach, about 10 minutes walking from train station. Top value for money , i strongly recommend it to all.
