Friendly, comfortable, clean hotel. Good value, good breakfast, very friendly staff. Will stay here again without question.

Everything was great except for two things. The heating system n the first room we checked into was not working so we had to change rooms. But the manager was able to change us out to another room yet it was with two queen beds not the king I had reserved. Also both the sink and shower drains were very slow to drain. The breakfast was really good though .

Could not get home due to a snow storm and needed a place for the night. The gal at the front desk was especially kind, helpful, and welcoming.

I stayed on the first floor and noticed when I went to sleep for the night around 10:30 that there was a beeping noise outside my room in the hallway. It sounded like some type of fire alarm. I went in the hallway to investigate and figured it was the red fire alarm. I called the front desk and told them about it. The man who answered so he didn't hear anything - which there's no way he would as he was at the front desk not in room 134 or near it - and said he would investigate the sound and then promptly hung up on me. I know that he never investigated the sound and needless to say I had a very poor night's sleep. To say I am disappointed and annoyed is an understatement!

Everything was great. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly and accommodating. Only draw back was indoor pool was out of order due to needing repair but otherwise great place. And AFFORDABLE!!!

The facility was located at a safe and convenient location. Our room was comfortable and clean. The common areas were kept fairly clean considering winter weather conditions.

When we checked in we were just given the keys. Nothing about breakfast, check out, or that the pool was closed. Also the fact that the po was closed.

This property is rough. The entire facility needs some money put into it. The beds are not comfortable, the bathroom fixtures are falling apart. We had to have 2 people when turning the shower on, one to pull the tab and one to hold the fixture in the wall. Pool was closed. Don't even bother going to breakfast, you'll be happy you missed it. They are pet friendly, which is convenient. But there is no designated "potty" spot like I have seen at other dog friendly hotels. There is no reason we will be staying here in the future.

We always stay at this Fairfield Inn when we visit family in Monument CO. One of the things we like best is having an indoor pool. I asked or a room near the pool when I booked. The girl I spoke to never bothered to tell me the pool had been closed for a month due to a needed repair. This was very disappointing. They did give us a room upgrade for the inconvenience. We'll stay again for sure. One draw back was a barking dog that was in a room two doors away. Very annoying.

This place was my saving grace. I booked a room at another hotel and it was extremely unstaffed, dirty and disgusting. This hotel let me check in early and was extremely friendly and convenient.

Clean. Beds were a bit saggy. Other than the coffee seeming to run out often during breakfast, everything else was great.

Front desk staff was not friendly when I was checking in. Closet door in room did not shut. Air conditioner in room didn't work properly. There was only one staff member working in the breakfast area and she could not keep up. Coffee and hot water ran out on multiple occassions.

Our first night stay the room was at 58 degrees called the front desk and they said that the heating unit got hit by lighting and they had no control with the thermostat in the room and they had no other rooms, so come down to the office and they would give us some blankets which they did. The next night the temperature outside was warmer so the room was warmer.

Check in was easy but we got into our room and it smelled disgusting, the room reeked of body odor. I kept calling down to the front desk if to see if could get it changed and we couldnt. We decided to deal with it because we were tired and hungry, then took the family down to the pool. The hotel website showed a heated pool but the pool was cold and dark and you could hardly see in the pool room. Its a was a disgusting state.

When I booked the hotel it was listed as Colorado Springs North/Air Force Academy which is a little misleading as it is actually in Monument. I should have looked up the actual address which is my fault. Overall it was a great stay. We were allowed to check in early, and had no issues during our stay.

Clean rooms, kind staff, appreciate the Continental breakfast. Slightly pricey, but necessary due to the limited number of hotels in this exact area. Would stay again.

Assistant manager Clayton was amazing..He goes above and beyond for his customers. Loved my stay. Only two things i would recommend. House keeping needs to be improved on, specifically getting the produts customer requests. In addition keep hallways on floors vacuumed daily..Lastly, have kleenex box in bathroom...Stay was excellent..would highly recommend!!

Hotel grounds were not in order. Rooms and hallways need updates. Breakfast was fair, cold omelettes and warm milk. Hot tub out of order. Close location to North Gate of the AFA but this is 3 star hotel at best - at a 4 star price!

Overall very clean and friendly staff. We did hear every door close and every step of the room above us. The air conditioning was VERy loud when it kicked on.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Very clean and spacious room. During our stay they were painting the exterior so our window was masked off and we couldn't see out. A bit noisy near the highway but very noise cancelling window when closed.
