This place is close to and centalized to everything.

The room was not set up properly and had furniture in the restroom. There was a huge fan used to dry the carpet right when you walk in and we almost tripped. At night wa not safe at all. You have to walk to the parking garage

Very discreet and secluded tucked away in a usually busy area.
The staff is friendly and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer due to the comfort and lay out. Full side refrigerator was a plus.

My room had a very strong smell of grass. There is absolutely no room to drive up close and check in. The hotel is located at the end of a dead end street.

At first I was concerned about the location but quickly changed my opinion on that. The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect. I would totally stay here again

I didn't like the fact that my room was in the front of the hotel building I can hear everything that's going on outside and plus my room was by the exit stairway I really didn't get no rest because people were going back and forth out of the exiting stairway

The bathroom exhaust fan was not working and it made for a bad experience because of it the smell of weed that was coming from there. I notify front desk but they did nothing.

location not that great. woke up before 6 or 7 first morning with loud banging on door next door, then yelling between a couple that lasted like forever. called the front desk but never heard anyone outside the door taking care of the problem, but then stopped and of course couldn't go back to sleep. had to walk to get to the garage that wasn't attached. breakfast was good but needed bigger area. desk people were nice. need some updating on decor. probably won't stay there again.

I would not go to this property again. The room wasn’t ready for hours. Housekeeping has not cleaned during the entire stay. You have to pay $10 a day for parking.

The staff was helpful. However, the facility is in need of major repairs. There were paint repair blothes on the wall, crack in the floor, and an overall unkempt appearance. I stayed in this hotel in 2018, and it was very well maintained. It seems as if it is time for an upgrade.

Great place will be willing to stay in the future. Only thing I can think of is that we never had enough towels. It was 4 of us but they gave us towels and toilet paper for 3 people.

Clean and spacious rooms with full size bridge. Very comfortable and quiet at night. Staff was very accommodating at check in. Did not like the parking accommodations and parking charge. Overall great value and would definitely stay here again.

The room we got on the 3rd floor was very spacious and clean, the parking was also convenient. The breakfast was simple and stocked. I wish they had given a small dining table and few chairs as the space was plenty.

The best kept value secret in Los Angeles. I have been to the Four Points by Sheraton in LA where I paid almost double and the facilities were horrible compared to this place

I felt very comfortable at this location, and although the building was old, the room was well taken care of. There was a locked parking structure right nextdoor, and the hotel was off of the main streets so it was easy getting in and out. I would defintely consider staying here again in the future.

It was a terrible, no hair dryer didn't work and they don't even hav a extra. Bed was crumpled and dirty, smells bad.

I enjoyed how close this was to my business event and for the price I couldn't believe it. Free breakfast, gym, parking close by and free. The refrigerator/micro was what SOLD me!
The gal who checked me in was sufficient in getting the job done. I felt like I was bothering her that she had to help me. I don't think she knows it's ok to smile on the job.

I was given the worst room in the hotel, behind the elevator room. I couldn’t sleep and wasn’t even given an option to change rooms. I would not have paid for this if I would’ve known. Hands down the worst room I’ve had. I can understand hair in the clean towels or water pressure issues but not loud noise like this.

Conveniently located for airport or universal/Hollywood tour . Rooms were clean and the hotel was very reasonable. Bed was great for a good sleep. Simple breakfast but free. Parking is included but detached garage in the next building.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, spacious rooms, everything working, it just had a welcoming appeal and they take pride in cleanliness. It was an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Didn’t like that upon arrival a few people just hanging out on the cul de sac. Parking could be better but it was manageable. Definitely staying her again. Thank you Staff!!
