Excellent customer service at front desk. Room was clean, beds slept nice and breakfast was very good! Breakfast area was very clean and attended to.

The front desk hosts made my experience even more special. The older gentleman (I forget his name) was the kindest and funniest, and so welcoming. I would definitely stay there again, just to see him again. Thank you

The service was excellent. I give that a 5 out of 5. For the price, it wasn’t exactly worth it. Outdated and dingy. There were ants crawling all over the breakfast food. There is 1 elevator, located in a cramped hallway you could barely get your luggage through.

Overall the stay was great! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient. The common spaces in the lobby and outside of the elevator were run down and in need of a good cleaning and update.

Staff was great, however upon walking into the room you the smell was awful. It smelled moldy or musty. We had no control over our room temperature. After setting the air on 68 degrees, the air was a constant 74. We were in town for a tournament, it served it's purpose as a place to sleep overnight.

Our room was spacious, clean, quiet. There were leaky pipes in the hallway, with buckets to catch water but other than that, it was ok. Breakfast was great.

The room was musty, and the heating unit didnt work correctly. The shower was just okay, the towels terrible. The food downstairs was very substandard for this kind of hotel. Very disappointing overall. There are Lots of choices all around this area, so next time, I will try a different property.

For the price , its unacceptable how outdated some things are. The shower/tub was old and had rust. The blankets for the pull out couch had stains on them as well as the towels! The pool area was the most disappointing . Very small pool and non functioning hot tub.

We got the the room, went to put the card in and the door was already open. The door had trouble closing. Pretty much had to slam it shut. The bathroom floor had dead bugs and the shower curtain was falling down. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again.

I had a reservation for a room that I made over a month in advance. When my family and I arrived, I was told that my reservation had been canceled by the hotel without my consent or any notification and there were no rooms available. We were put in a very bad situation in the night and had to travel to another state to find a room. I know the hotel had my contact info, because they emailed me confirmation, etc. A notification that they were canceling my room would have been nice.

When we arrived, there was a leak in the bathroom and standing water. The front desk quickly moved us to a new room and was very nice about it.

We stayed in room 210 and the smell of mold and mildew was so strong I had a headache and couldn’t sleep. Ants crawling on the bathroom sink. The pullout couch was so uncomfortable. Finally at 2am I gave up and went and asked for a different room. They were courteous and gave us a new room. Again ants in that bathroom as well. Still a smell but not near as bad. Very disappointed that I paid $156 for this. Breakfast was decent but the turkey sausage was gray and looked nasty. My son enjoyed the biscuits and gravy 😀 wish I could get a refund honestly

The room was wet and sticky. So if you want to feel like you’re camping then it’s a great room.
It may have been because there was was rain but they need to air out the rooms better.
The soundproof of the room was not good you can hear everything above the room and everything in the hall way.
There was mold in the shower and a piece of trim laying in the overall I was not happy with this room.

Check in quick and easy. Beds nice and soft. Had to deal with noisy refrigerator along with other noises making for not much sleep.

The shower had ZERO pressure! I couldn’t even wash my hair because I did not have enough water/ pressure coming out of the shower head.
Stayed on the first floor and the people above us were so loud, we could not get any sleep. I had to call the front desk at 1 AM to tell them. After 5 mins of calling the front desk, the people above us were actually quite. The refrigerator was leaking water and I did not know until my 3 year fall on the floor from the water. We did not use the refrigerator during our stay. Overall the stuff was very friendly.
