I was very excited about all Laquinta Stays. This one was particularly not happy but slept well! Let’s start upon entry there was a sign there was plumbing issues the water was brown. I head to my room in which I thought was fairly nice! Upon entry I checked the bathroom and ran the water and it was brown and the sink faucet hadn’t been cleaned the tub had hair in it in which I chose not to shower! Then the water was not hot! I proceeded to the room and noticed the TVS were outdated and much smaller for such a large room! Wires were not hidden and looked like a safety hazard! So for breakfast it was exceptionally good! The tables are a bit unstable and need to be cleaned and steamed giving a more older look without it! Overall I can’t say it’s a horrible experience but this Hotel could use a deep clean and a housekeeping training review!

We have stayed here for 8 years on trips to Florida each year. Pet friendly is why. We used to pay under $100. This time $167 partly due to a pet charge now. Hotel is getting real "tired". Nicer place in a below average area.

It wouldn't have made a difference, but it would have been nice to know in advance that La Quinta is pet-friendly only after an additional $25 fee.

Very comfortable clean rooms. Hotel in excellent condition. Hot breakfast. The only downside was they lacked a jacuzzi hot tub which we wished they had. .

Receptionist was super friendly and helpful! Room was clean and perfect for our family!

Breakfast was not good at all eggs and potatoes seemed to be fake and from 1960. I would like to see real eggs please . We stay here often for pickleball tournaments .

We stayed here due to the high rating on Orbitz, but regret our decision. The ONLY positive was that the staff was excellent. Otherwise, our pillows stunk like the person before us, there wasn't a wall or door in the place that wasn't dinged heavily or needed paint; our towels were stained and had gaping holes in them, shower head didn't work. Not pleasant; this location could used some major TLC.

Stopped here for one night on a trip from IN to FL and it was perfect for that. We wanted a comfortable bed, clean room and affordable pet fee and found all of those here. The breakfast was okay but for the price of the room, I didn’t need it to be amazing. We got in late and the girl working the desk was very pleasant and made the check in easy. Would definitely stay again.

The indoor pool has very poor lighting and no heater. It’s located in a pretty rough area, all the shops nearby have bars on their windows. The gym is a treadmill and lat pull down machine in a very small room, no free weights or benches. The room was spacious.

The lady that checked us in was amazing. She was cheerful, helpful and very kind. The gentleman that came on after her was another story. They had no pool towels so we had to use our room towels which made them wet. We went to the desk to ask for more towels and he said we could not have replacements because each room is only allowed “4 towels” (we had 4 people). So we had to use our wet pool towels to “dry ourselves off” after our showers. He was also being very nasty to the previous lady that was so nice to us. Management needs to do something about him.

Our stay was wonderful. One tiny negative was the tv situations was not the best. The tv was small and not in front of the bed (executive suite), but I really wouldn’t call it a negative, we just have a different preference. Overall, wonderful experience!

Staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is spotless and up to date. Breakfast is the usual but adequate. Coffee is pretty good.

Arrived late with my service dog, check in was easy, got to room and was completely disgusted from the lack of cleanliness. It was as if someone with children had been using the room just prior to my arrival. There dents in the cushions as if someone was just sitting on the chair, there were hairs everywhere and stickers stuck to the floor. The only shining light in this was the front desk lady that was able to switch me to another room immediately. The new room wasn’t as terrible and sufficed for the one night. The next morning I thought there would be breakfast, but I must have missed it. I went to fill up my water bottle but the water wasn’t working. I asked the staff member if I was just using the machine wrong and she gave me a terrible attitude, didn’t even respond and walked away from me. I politely asked her again, and she rudely responded that she just went and turned it on. I thought I’d give La Quinta a chance based on all the dog friendly TikTok’s I’ve been seeing about it but this has definitely deterred me from ever going back to another one.

First impressions are everything, and as opposed to our previous few nights stay at other hotels on our journey, this one was not good. The front desk staff was actually sitting on the lobby couch with a friend on their phones and barely looked up to see us come in. I assumed that they were other guests. I waited at the desk until she finally got up and walked around to the counter. No greeting whatsoever. There was another elderly man who came in asking about wheelchair access for his wife and she didn't seem to want to help him either. That was truly a lasting impression. Otherwise, the room and facilities were very nice.

Good for a 1 night stay. Clean room, comfortable bed. Good shower. Breakfast was the usual. The toaster wasn't working very well. Pet peeve, why can't they provide real butter?... The dog walking area was great. The area was packed with cheaper hotels, this was the best choice. Overall a good value.

Room refrigerator and hvac were outrageously noisy, room layout was odd, TV was in a bad spot. Parking for anything with a trailer was not good. Front desk staff and breakfast were great.

Shower head in the room was stripped and water would only spray on mist mode. Front desk did not communicate much when spoken to. Set on her phone with feet propped up.

While the employees were very nice, the carpets needed cleaning and the rooms are very dated.

Outside and lobby were nice. Rooms and hallways were very tired, carpeting looked old and dirty. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I asked for a room that dogs and other animals has used because my granddaughter and I have allergies, we get to both rooms that and the floors were full of dog hair we had to use covers from the bed to put on the floors and I had to get Benadryl because our allergies kicked in ,,, I could not enjoy my reasons for coming to celebrate my friend birthday because I was so drowsy from allergy medicine

We enjoyed our quick overnight stay at this clean, friendly hotel. Everything was as expected. The staff was exceptionally friendly - especially the breakfast attendant! The bed & pillows were soft. The shower had goo pressure and drained well. Everything was updated and worked well.

I needed a handicap room and was surprised by the price. It was double any other room. We had to pay for a regular room. But when checking in my husband complained about the price difference and the unfairness of it and they gave us the handicap room for little more money then a regular room. When I took a shower, the water in the walk in shower was on the floor which could have been a disaster for me. The drain seemed to somewhat plugged. I have never had this problem with any other LaQuinta Inns that we have used.

If you like unfriendly staff, dirty carpets, and moldy shower curtains, this is your hotel

Room was ok, a/c had to be reset, beds were ok. Pool..."Indoor pool but not heated". I have seen indoor pools out of order, but never one you cannot swim in in the winter. Front desk said I should have called ahead to make sure...

Property great. Expedia booked reservation twice on line. Love dog friendly posture of company.
