Whitley at reception was so nice and helpful when checking in and Mike was just as friendly when we were checking out. Hotel was in a great location.

Great spot to stay for a concert at White River! Easy Self Parking was easy and included in the room rate. Easy check in. Great room with a great view. Breakfast was also wonderful!

Great hotel across the street from the concert venue. Parking is pricey. 35 for self, 50 for valet so add that to the cost. I will still stay here again. Definitely recommend.

This hotel had a great location, with many things within walking distance. The rooms were clean, and the property was very well kept. I cannot say enough about Andrea at the front desk! She is amazing! I was there with a group of people, and she greeted each of us by name, each time she saw us, and was very personable and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

Andrea was absolutely AMAZING! She recommended us places to eat and things to do when our original plans needed to change (thanks snow). Hotel was clean, decent breakfast, room was huge. Loved having the extra bed under the couch instead of a pull out. Main beds were a little uncomfortable, but we'd stay here again. Location was perfect to do all the things!

I stay here monthly and consistently wait for check in. No one is at the desk. Stood for minutes today, only to be told that I would have to go around to the other hotel for check in. Maybe put a doorbell people can ring when service is needed. I can appreciate that having someone at the desk all of the time during slow periods is not realistic, but provide a solution.

Had to attend cheer competition at the Indy convention center. It was freezing but thankfully we never had to go outside. We went through the JW Marriot via elevator and skywalk to the center.

Great location and easy to get to everything. Tons of scooters always right outside. Parking was terrible, but there were quite a few events going on. The bathroom setup is weird.

Everything was very nice and clean. We stayed here a week ago for a short weekend away from home and decided to come back before an early flight out of Indy. Staff were friendly and helpful both times. We will definitely be back!

Staff was very friendly. The only thing we didn't like was that we tried to go to a restaurant next door & it was permanently closed. My elderly mom can't walk much & it would've been nice to know ahead of time. It was a bit of a walk for her to get to the closest restaurant.

Stayed for a concert. Went to check in at 2pm. We were told we would have to pay a fee for early check in.. even though they were checking in other people in front of us. So we came back at 3pm and they said they were out of the rooms I made a reservation for.. I paid for a king studio with a view. They tried giving me 2 queens. I said no and said are you going to give me money off or a discount bc they over booked the hotel?? They then put me in a king room on the second floor with no view. No offer to lower the price.. Just an alley and a brick wall! Left a voicemail with the general manager and never heard back! Terrible!
