Great ataff. Great Room. Really nice pool!!!

Very nice and clean, the employees were very nice and welcoming.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We were there for a hiring event with Clean Harbors.

check in was amazing, room stinks a weet carpet and when a step the carpet its a little weet, my nightmare was on the breakfast, the girl was so rude and we feel she was a racist girl, she talk so sweet with few american guys,i say this because i saw people from cuba and more latinos and she even say nothing just making a mad face and everithing change when she walk chose to the american people. The egg was swimming on water, no flavor, also I don't see the little cups for the waffle mix and i saw a cup there very close to the wafle machine and i was thinking is for the mix, and she get so mad and she took the cup of my hands and walk away to washed. The most horrible experience in my life also in my daughter life, she saw everything, she even don't want to eat for this, even try the juice or take something else. She don't make us a favor we paid for something and everybody need respect and good treat. for all us the hotel has employers, reviews are very important, staff who check in deserve a raise, cooker deserve get fire period. Imagine all people doesn't back for this lady, and nobody write a review because just decide don't back again. Nice staff making back again, and tell our family about a nice place to stay, racist people or making a face like mad like they don't want you there, you never back even they give you a free night or a week free. I was on vacations beach was super fun people there etc. But this lady was ruin our vacations with this experience.

I stayed at this hotel about 3 years ago and this visit was not the same experience. The hotel is not maintained well. The walls have discoloration from touching, there was tiny ants on the night stand and a roach in the bathroom. I will not be returning to this hotel for my next trip.

Had a very warm welcome from Monique upon arrival. Room was more than expected for spaciousness, cleanliness, ample towels, just enough toiletries, TV has a great picture, mini fridge was helpful since we did have some food to keep cold, parking lot and swimming pool area were also nice and clean. Breakfast- nice variety, and food temps as they should be. This is our first time at a Comfort Suites and we will plan to visit again when passing through this little town.

Great place to stay! Clean, large rooms and excellent staff.

I liked the location, it was very convient. A few things were not good in the room. The microwave didn't work, the knob in the shower didn't work properly and lamp in the bedroom bulb was out. Breakfast was not good at all, cold.

Stayed there before and the place always looks good. They do there best to help with social distancing to help and make everyone feel comfortable

This was a great stay, however we were charged 89 and some change per the hotel receipt and hotels.com charged us 107 on our cc. wheres the bargain of using hotels.com ?

Who ever is now managing the place has really done a wonderful job cleaning it up.

Greeted with a smile and reservationist seemed eager to assist. Gave me a bag with snacks and water. Each time I entered the lobby, I was spoken to.

Hotel was decent. Breakfast was hot and there was a good variety. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfy.

One wall plug behind the ledge behind the sofa was inoperable. Lamp by the sofa not plugged in and we are old and bending is hard. I have a picture of the ceiling fire alarm missing from the socket for it. When leaving through the lobby the janitor was mopping the lobby and did NOT leave an area dry to walk through. She just kept mopping and did not understand me when I asked her NOT to as I hobbled by with my cane. Husband asked for an accessible room and our room was nice but not accessible. Sitting on the commode in the bathroom was like it was made for children's height. I waited to go to the bathroom when we would leave the hotel. There was only one entrance/exit driveway.

The room i was check into was filthy, stunk of mildew, the covers on the bed smelled musty and stunk like they were left in the washer too long taken out dried with an odor, the floor was stained with water stains, and cereal was spilled on the floor, the room had not been dusted in a long time. the cosmetic furniture chipped, paint on the walls chipped, the refrigerator had an odor. I spent the night in the room because it was very late, in the morning i told Ashley who was working at the desk the conditions of the room and i would like to check out of the hotel. She was exceptionally nice and friendly, apologetic and assured me she could get me a room that was of Comfort Suites quality, we were leaving to run an errand, she assured me when we return she would have another room for us to look at and she would inspect in first and if we were pleased she would love for us to continue our stay. The room was perfect and she saved out Thanksgiving weekend with our family. Thanks, Ashley she is AWESOME!!!
