It was a good stay and real clean I enjoyed the breakfast and it's a friendly environment too as well next time I'm in lake Charles that's were I will be staying

The room was shabby. The carpet was disgusting—we had to wear our shoes because it felt wet and sticky. The lamp shades were torn. The bathroom door was coming apart. The lamps were super dim. The air conditioner didn’t work well.

Convenient location, close to interstate. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was good. We just stayed the night here as this was part of a longer trip. The staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great customer service. The AC wasn’t as cold as we liked, so they offered a change of rooms. My only complaint is the lack of drinks/munchies.

Appreciated the full hot breakfast every morning which included eggs and sausage. Also, was grateful for the evening infused lemon water in the lobby and for the night clerk "Chriss" who was super friendly and thoughtful. I will come back to this hotel in a heartbeat!

The rooms are a little dated and need some updating. There was wallpaper coming off of the wall in the bathroom. The AC unit needs to be updated to a wall thermostat.

I did not like this property I have stayed in comfort inn in other cities and states and this one was the worst not only did the front receptionist really not make a person feel welcome but the room was terrible dead cockroach in the bathtub huge door in the bathroom where you can't even move around in the bathroom and left the doors closed if it's open it's impossible to get past the toilet into the shower the TV was small the remote control was old didn't even have a sleeper on it no bathtub carpet to put down had to use one of our regular towels to step on to get into the shower coffee pot already had water in it who knows how long it was there and the location of the coffee pot up on the microwave was not good carpet was dirty had a mildew smell to the room elevator making noise needs WD-40 closing and opening breakfast was okay not much of a selection big trucks parked in the front of the hotel parking lot taking up more than two spaces would definitely not want to rent a room from this hotel again for $100 I could probably be in motel 6 or super 8 with a lot more quality hotel room

The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The cleaning wasn't good. The bathroom was not cared for. The light fixture was rusted all around and the vent cover was coming off the ceiling. The lamp shades in the room are damaged and old and should have been replaced years ago.

Check in was a breeze. Aysia was absolutely amazing! She was extremely kind and genuinely helpful. There was a problem with the room and she immediately took care of it by switching us to another room. She represented the hotel extremely well with her attitude and pleasant demeanor.
Check out was easy and Tracey was helpful and friendly.

We booked 3 rooms for road trip night stop. Our room looked like rust in bath tub, but it rinsed out…red mud? I’m not sure. Then there were items in the fridge from previous nights stay? The staff were friendly. Not sure why the fridge or tub were like that. It was late and we were up early to be on our way.

Almost everything was great. TV in room couldn't be heard even at max volume. Bed was hard and outside noise could be heard even though it traffic wasn't heavy.

Stayed here for my 50th birthday. We were visiting Lake Charles. The hotel was quiet and clean. Nice, friendly employees. The free breakfast was great with a decent variety of food. I would definitely stay here again!

Night front desk guy was very nice and helpful. Rooms need updating but were decent. Only thing that I definitely didn’t like was breakfast literally only carb choices, toast waffles cereal biscuits no options outside of bread

This place is outdated and for the price we paid for one night is not worth it. Hotel still has carpet floors throughout hotel which are dirty, damage on walls. Location is also next to a older casino which has drunks around area. Only good part was breakfast. We will not be returning.

It was very dirty. The toilet was dirty, the tub u had to scrub down before I took a shower. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed. Over all it was dirty they need better cleaning crew

My girlfriend and I stayed at this property as we were passing through heading to Destin because of the 8.6 star rating on Expedia. The room was far from that rating. The bed was a rock and when we slept in it we both became itchy throughout the night and I found what looked like some sort of bug the next morning. The door to the bathroom didn’t shut so it swung open when one of us tried to take a shower or use the restroom. The noise from outside the room and above us was way too clear. It seemed like the room was made of paper. The room, also, didn’t seem clean. I went to use the runner at the end of the bed to block some of the light coming in from the window (the window had “blackout” drapes but light from outside went straight through them). When I picked it up, a dust or some substance flew up into my eyes and even after washing them immediately, they were red the next morning. Finally, there was food or some gross goop on the walls. That was one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll never be back.

We stayed 3 nights. They made our bed and gave us clean towels every day. Staff is friendly. Clean hallway and room.

The property was close to the all the Casino's ,But the stay I had the doors keys would not work, The TV did not work brought it the front desk attention. Came up to help get into the room. Then breakfast was just biscuits and gravy and waffles no meat just bread.
