Our stay was truly amazing. We travel quite a lot and this hotel ranks at the top. The owners (John and Jayne) were so welcoming and friendly. Their attention to detail and their personal touch is second to none. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we're so looking forward to our next trip to Torquay and our next stay at the Haytor hotel.

Oh wow! What an experience!!! We were welcomed with open arms and the stay was amazing.
The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and the owners were there for every need. They even remembered our names as they served us an amazing breakfast.
The beds were very comfortable, the rooms very clean and spacious, with great parking on site.
This Georgian hotel is unique and a definite stay if you wanted to escape the hustle and bustle from town centre.

This a lovely hotel close to the centre of Torquay with top quality, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful gardens and a great breakfast. The owners create a warm and friendly atmosphere that enhances your stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent from start to finish.everything as expected and more Breakfast was excellent.Friendly and lovely hosts.Only got to ask and nothing too much trouble.Had a brilliant stay.would definitely recommend and return again.

Hotel was in a good location for the harbour area of Torquay and walkable in 5 mins. Good local pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Ample parking and near publiuc transport for local attractions. The hotel itself and staff were excellent. Would recommend.

Property is in a great location close to town and great restaurants. Owners John and Jane were very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great stay. Lovely people running the hotel - very welcoming on arrival with drinks & cake being offered. Nothing too much trouble. Hotel was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean as was our room. Delicious breakfast too. Could not recommend highly enough!

This hotel was gorgeous - small and friendly. The owners were superb and their attention to detail was fantastic. They made us feel very welcome. This will be the only hotel we will stay at from now on when we go back to Torquay!

The breakfast each morning was fantastic & we also enjoyed their cocktails at an evening. The location was perfect with only a 5 minute stroll down to the shops & harbour front. There was also ample on-site free parking. The stay was perfect & nothing to fault.

A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay. The Haytor is centrally located, with access to the Harbour and surrounding areas just a few minutes away.
The welcome is very warm and friendly and everything about the place is chilled, relaxed and very comfortable.
I would highly recommend a stay here.
