The property is under renovation but it was never mentioned until the night before we arrived. And it only mentioned business center but it turned out the lobby too. The room heating unit is noisy, and elevator. The soundproof is not good. And the worst is it never mentioned anywhere that the hotel is used as shelter.
Stuff is hard to find. We and other customers waited for 20 mins for front desk staff showed up

My family and I have stayed here twice now. I have tried other hotels in the area and have decided to return to this hotel due to its convenience to restaurants and shopping, plus the price and quality of the hotel are unmatched. The beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is not just continental but has hot options as well, such as omelets, sausage gravy and biscuits, and other well-liked items. The hotel is currently under construction, but there is not any noise to speak of that I experienced.

The rooms was amazing and exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. Everyone we encountered was friendly and well mannered. Couldn’t hear what was going on in the other rooms which was a plus

Everything was good, I picked this property because it had a fitness room. I get a text 30 min before check in that these isn’t one. I checked in and there is one so I make it work. While there I find out the fitness room shares a wall with guest room and I work out early and was disturbing there sleep.

WORST Holiday Inn, in the nation. Under construction so very loud, couldn’t check in on time so when we were able had to wait for 30 other people and 1 hour past normal check in time. Went to breakfast at 8:50 and they were already cleaned out and juice machine was shut off. Employees here do not care.

Checkin took a very long time and the staff at the front desk were quite rude and unwelcoming. Much of the hotel was under renovation, which we were aware of prior to booking, but the room we were placed in was right outside of the renovations and it was loud during the day. The AC unit in our room made a very odd noise for the entire duration of our stay.
However, the room was clean and spacious and the staff were nice at checkout. It was ok for a one night stay but I would not want to be there any longer. The experience might have been better if we were in a different room.

Hotel sign stated that they were under renovation. Upon entering our room, it was very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. Only issue was that upon entering our room, there was no place to hang clothes. There was no closet or cabinet in which to hang a dress or suit. This may have been due to the renovation. We ended up setting up the ironing board and hanging our clothes around it. There was a two drawer dresser so there was some clothes storage, just no place to hang longer clothes.
This is a very minor complaint, and I would be happy to stay here again..

Very nice hotel. Pool & hot tub were lovely. Best breakfast of the trip, clean & well maintained. Friendly front desk staff. Many good restaurants near by. Excellent bedding and air conditioner worked to perfection.

I was very pleased with this hotel. I found it to be cleaner and in better condition than similar hotels I've tried in Florence with a slightly better price. The staff was courteous and helpful. I will definitely stay there again!

They checked me in the accessible room. There were no towels, no soap or shampoo and the handicapped shower wand did not work. The room smelled of cigarettes. I sprayed my cologne trying to mask the odor as I checked in at 11:45 pm and was exhausted. I woke up the next morning with a migraine and wheezy breathing. I am allergic to cigarettes. I medicated and left. Horrible. Room 134 needs to be cleaned and repaired.

Everything was okay except when my friend went to go to bed, and there were chocolate ding dong wrappers in the sheets. There is no way that could have been in there if the sheets were changed. We went down to the front desk and they gave us new sheets to change the bed. There was also a very strong weed smell on our floor, luckily it didn’t permeate into the room.
