I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. From the lobby to my room, everything was impeccably maintained and spotless. It was truly a refreshing experience. Secondly, the level of tranquility in the hotel was remarkable. Despite being located right off the highway, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet my room was. The noise from outside was almost non-existent, allowing me to have a peaceful and uninterrupted night's sleep. Furthermore, the hotel's convenient location right off the highway was a huge plus. It made my travel plans much easier and saved me valuable time. I could quickly access the hotel without any hassle, and there were also several nearby dining options and attractions within a short distance. Overall, I highly recommend the Hampton Inn for its exceptional cleanliness, peacefulness, and convenient location. It truly provides a top-notch experience for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

Hotel is somewhat outdated with minor cleaning issues and bedding that is worn

Fine stay. Room was a bit “worn” but fairly clean and comfortable. Someone was harassing us in the hotel parking lot and the front desk said they would send someone out to check on the situation, but they never did. Lesson learned to just call the police of ever in a similar situation; there did not seem to be any on-site security.

Husband handicapped. Elevator not working. Put us on the 3rd floor. Said we could cancel (it was 9 pm) or get a rate adjustment. Said our rate was too low (I thought it was very high) so they couldn’t do it. Climbed 3 flights of stairs!!!!!

Helpful and friendly staff

I am 74 years old and need oxygen and CPAP equipment. When I arrived, their only elevator was out of service and there were no 1st floor rooms available. The staff was absolutely no help with finding other accommodations. I do NOT recommend the Hampton Inn in Demming.

The king room we originally booked was still dirty, we went inside and it looked lived in, staff hadn’t cleaned it so we had to move rooms :(

Excellent. Worth going out of your way. Got us away from El Paso area. Safe. Clean and affordable.

We were traveling from San Antonio to Tucson and made a stop over in Deming. This hotel fit the bill. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. Everything was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, even let us keep our bicycles in their office (rather than having them in our room). Breakfast was rather typical free hotel fare but served with a smile.

Property and room were very clean and well kept. Night staff was very cordial and accommodating. Breakfast was as expected these days - not bad, not fantastic - the coffee was perfect! Food staff was very bright and bubbly in the morning. My only real (small) complaint was the bathroom supplies - one small bar of soap, a small bottle of conditioner and a lotion. A body soap and shampoo were missing. Small issues but due to lateness, not worth worrying about as I carry backups. Definitely would stay here again!

Hampton Inn in McMinnville, TN much nicer. The Deming hotel was not great.

Paid on Hotels.com when I booked. Got here asked to swipe my card I assumed it was for incidentals. Then checked my charges. They also charged me for room. I called down oh we will fix it. Nothing. Checking out today…we will fix it 😑

Fecal remains in toilet, no cups or glasses nor toilet paper.

There were some small gnats in the room.

Everything looks new and clean. I like that charging electronic devices are easy and convenient. It’s accessible from the computer desk and night stand beside bed both through plug-in chargers and UBS cables. The free internet once was down but front desk kindly gave me premium internet access through a code to make up. I did notice that the sink countertop in bathroom is a bit high even for some short adults (I am 5’4”) so it might not be kids friendly although my visit was just for business. The pool is indoor and of good size. Overall it was the best stay I could have in Deming and definitely will revisit for business again next time.

I’m sorry to say this but the check in person should not be dealing with customers. Stern, bordering on rude, unfriendly and not ok to explain the check in process. I’ll avoid this location for her treatment alone. Cleanliness and comfort was very good.

A very nice hotel with an absolutely terrific breakfast.

They are consistent. We have stayed at this property many times and will continue to book here.
