A minimal accommodation in regards to attributes. Perhaps a bit over priced for what is provided. No lounge area. Only coffee was the one small coffee package in the room. Slept well and temperature was comfortable. The bath linens were thin and generally poor quality either due to manufacture or use/age.

When traveling on business, I look for value. Amenities are low here and you won't hang out in the lobby. The lady at the desk was pleasant. My room was clean and nice. Proximity to the highway was excellent. You won't walk there but Cleburne is very close for restaurants and items you forgot. Safe surroundings. I highly recommend it if you want a comfortable, quiet, clean place.

Lobby is locked, guests cant enter lobby. Which means no breakfast offerings either. When i asked she about that i got a donut in plastic and a granola bar passed through the slot. They will only interact with you throw the small 3inch hole in the glass like your in a prison. The hotel is freshley remodeled but they used couches that have no cushions like lawn chair equipment
Check in experience makes you feel like your at an hourly hotel. They are so worried about the AC getting out of front office they block the hole to pass your cards/ID through with a pillow. So you have to call the number on wall to get ahold of someone mid afternoon.

Hair found in room. The lady up front is unwelcoming, mean, and lazy. Don't stay. Place sucks.

We stayed one night at Best Way Cleburne. I was very impressed with the hotel. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. I did not have interaction with any staff so I cannot comment on that area. Only complaint I have is that the website says continental breakfast and there was none. But for the price of the room I would not expect to have free breakfast. We plan to stay at Best Way the next time we are in the Cleburne area.

Property looked promising from the outside but once inside it was the opposite. No staff around when you check in. The room was questionable as to sleep under the covers or not. Pillow cases looked yellow/dirty and they were flat. Breakfast was very disappointing, all they had was cereal and pb&j (jar) and bread. First and last time staying at that place.

It was a very clean and friendly place. Breakfast is very limited, white bread toast and Frosted Flakes, but for what it cost, it was worth it. The lady at the desk was very nice.

The owner was so horrible to us! She hung up on me before we got there and then when i asked a question about the charge on my card she started screaming at me telling me she was not going to explain anything else to me at 1 in the morning because we woke her up! Do not stay here!

Fast check in. The room was clean and the motel was quiet. The breakfast only had toast,cereal, milk and orange juice. No bagels or waffles stuff like that. On a side note, i brought my mom a few years back and she stayed in a room by herself. She had beginning stages of Alzheimer's. I spent a night in the hospital with my dad. The lady running it took special care of mom. Even bringing her juice and cereal to her room for breakfast after explaining mom didn't get around good. Lovely owners/management

In very poor condition, Towel rack in bathroom is rusted, everything dirty in the corners, smelly in the hallways and in the room. Absentee staff.

The breakfast was toast no hot water for tea. We had friends from another hotel but the only time the Livy was unlocked was a short time for breakfast. Had to ring bell fir check in. Lonnnnng wait. The door to outside was always unlocked

It was a great stay !! Very clean rooms NO Smelly Stinch in rooms.like other motels we have been to n the past . Breakfast could get a upgrade e.g ...eggs. bacon , sausage, orange juice, ect ect , but overall we are very pleased with our stay 😀

Room looked just like online photos. Oversized room with comfortable chair as well as a small table and chairs for meal. No smell of smoke in our 2nd floor room. Room had a pleasant odor but no heavy perfume smell. Bed was comfortable although the pillows were hard and could use a replacement. Front desk staff was courteous. Good price for area. Not the Ritz but would stay again if in the area.

Very disappointed it the Hotel as it was disappointing that they did not live up to their reviews. The pillows had stains on them, the door surfaces, desk surface and the microwave and refrigerator were not clean.

Staff was helpful, but no personal contact with customers. Staff seemed locked up and only contact is through glass window!

Stayed for one night. Bathroom was clean and room was clean. Definitley could use some updates. Smoke free and animal free. Checked for bed bugs and there were none. Vending machine was somewhat full but was hard to find, it was in a random hallway marked as staff only and was completely dark. Had to use phone flashlight over there. Woman at the service desk was nice and helpful. Other guests were nice and respectful of the space. Area was easy to navigate and everything was very close.

The owners are very nice and accommodating. They were right in the spot for anything we needed or asked. Very clean, smelled good and quiet. The lobby was closed off and it was no contact check in or check out. I guess because of COVID but I really would have loved for the whole hotel to be open. Other than that it was wonderful and we would definitely stay again if ever in the area.
