We stay here whenever we come to visit my family and have always had a good experience. The pool is small but nice. The rooms are decent and comfy. The staff is always friendly and it is comfortable. Also close by to a lot of fun places!

The stay was good, not the best overall. I believe it is getting to the point of updating. The trash receptacles at the main entrance were overflowing and disgusting. Inside was clean, mattress we had definitely needed replaced. The room itself and bathroom were good, clean and comfortable.

Absolutely a terrible stay. Broken beds and no hot water for a shower. Management said they would reach out to me and. I word from them at all. Hotels.com tried to ask for a partial refund in compromise but they would not budge. Don’t stay here !!!

This was a disaster from the beginning. I was told by the hotel I shouldn’t have used hotels.com to book my stay because it often doesn’t transfer to their system because they couldn’t find my reservation. This is where hotels.com went wrong. We were also unable to add our Marriott points since we booked through hotels.com, and the only reason we even did was because the Marriott site was down. When we arrived we were then notified that hotels.com canceled our reservation so it had to be reinstated. Then something wasn’t working right with the system when they were trying to put down my card for incidentals. They charged my card $360 FOUR times and I am still waiting for those charges to come off. The pull out couches were very uncomfortable and one of them had sheets that had BLOOD on them. They also didn’t have the full set of bedding for the couches in the rooms. We called down for towels and they were never brought up. We called again for towels and pullout bedding and we were told we had to come get it. There were never enough pool towels and when we asked for more we were told they were all dirty and had to be washed. This was by far the worst Marriott experience we have had. The only positives were that Amber was nice and helpful when going through the hotels.com fiasco and the general table area on the first floor was great to gather in.

Very friendly desk, check in easy. Great room, very comfortable. Good breakfast, excellent blueberry muffins:) just a quick overnight for us but I would have been comfortable for several nights there.

It was overall a great stay for my family. The only issue was the room temperature- the thermostat in the room controlled absolutely nothing. I had it on 40 and the room temperature never changed

If you booked a room with a pull-out couch, be sure to ask for bedding upon check-in. Otherwise, you're SOL when there is no one at the counter after hours.

Me and my 2 girls stayed for a night and it was very clean and comfortable. We didn't needed much interaction with the staff but the ones we encountered were friendly. The only issue, which was minor, was there were 2 tvs and only 1 remote.

We were a late arrival. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful and checked us in quickly. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good with many choices. Over-all it was a nice stay.

Dirty towels in my bathroom, bed was broken, hair in shower, stains on bed, towels were smelly, door in the back of the facility didn’t work and there was no sign so I unpacked my car after going shopping and couldn’t get it. Had to repack my car and drive around.

There was some loud and very obnoxious guests who were loud and highly intoxicated. The room was not at all clean in any sense.

Breakfast was spectacular! The gentleman running it was extremely polite & busy making sure everything stayed stocked. My only complaint is that the rooms could’ve been cleaner. My daughter found a box of granola bars & wrappers in the nightstand drawer, there were also two empty Gatorade bottles under the bed. We also noticed a brown stain on our sheet.

My reservation had been double booked with Orbitz; Farfield Inn allowed cancellation with full refund for the extra unneeded room. Very professional.

The first room had busted lamp shades and a broken fridge and an ironing board in a closet but no luggage rack. They moved me to a new room, the bed sheets are bumpy and thin and have pinholes from wear and tear. Sheets did not cover mattress pad and I had to stretch them to try to make fit. Carpets are worn throughout hotel and halls are unvacuumed and have lots of debris. No microwaves in rooms (isn’t that standard?). Tissue box holder in bathroom empty with garbage pushed in the hole. Not what I expect from a Marriott.
