The room was non smoking but you smelled smoke upon opening the door. Cigarette lighters was found in room which means they was not clean good. Some of the plug outlets did not work and the hair dryer was broke and did not work. Then the housekeeper knocked after she let herself in and the time was not 11 AM yet.

Cannot say anything about this place to criticize it in anyway. Everything was perfect. Cannot even imagine what could make it betterj. Super room, super clean, First time in our trip that we had a true continental breakfast. Not just coffee and a yogurt like many others. Exceptional place.

Clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be lobby and breakfast area smelled of moth balls real bad, could of been some bug repellent cause sometimes that smells like moth balls. Just an overwhelming smell when you walk in. And breakfast was barely anything.

Room clean & comfortable. Staff friendly & helpful. Need different bed pedestals, as these are metal and when you sit on bed it makes a clanging noise.

Hotel was typical for the price. Clean and comfortable room. Only issue was smoke alarm chirped because bad battery and tv needs replacement because is sometimes lost picture and had to keep turning it off and on. Breakfast was ok but juice dispenser was down so nothing cold to drink, they should have water available

The pictures on the internet do not accurately show the rooms nor the outside of the motel. Not deposit mentioned when reservation was made and it would have been kept if i had not mentioned it at check out. Wont stay there again.

The only thing this place has going for it is the location. Staff and workers are extremely rude and disrespectful. Beds are hard as a ROCK. AC doesn’t have buttons and doesn’t work. Shower has NO water pressure. People up and down the sidewalk all night long selling drugs and breaking into cars. Staff does nothing to fix the issue. All around an extremely unsafe/very bad place to stay. I’d pay more money and go next door if you want a good experience. Absolutely AWFUL.

Very big room but most of the light fixtures didn't work, some didn't have bulbs either. Had to use my own room spray cause the room had a weird smell and there was black mold under the rim of the sink... But they're dog friendly and across from my room was the old pool area that was filled in with dirt and grass plus was mostly fenced in so it was good for my dogs. Convenient to everything

I didn't stay there it was myself and two kids. After backing in and parking I had a car stop right in front of me and looked into my vehicle for a moment then pulled off. I even asked the cashier if it was safe and she said yes but don't come around. I was going to tuff it out until I went into the room and there was a door to another room and I couldn't tell if it was locked so I brought the key back and left

It was horrorible; i checked in and they took me to the room and the bathroom was full black mold; i asked for another room showed me three different ones and told me they would give me my money back and they lied; when i told management they said that it is unrefundable; i said yes if i inconvenience you, but you incoveinced me. and took my money. They took money from me that they didnt deserve. I do alot of business with hotels dot com and this is very discouraging.

Run down. Pool is advertised and pictures are of decent property but over half property has been closed and pool has not been operational for years by the look of it. Front desk lies and tells you “they just started cleaning pool today”

I did not like that space at all. firstly the property is a motel and not a Hotel. so you can imagine the people hanging out on the veranda with music playing. did not feel safe. the towels were old and grainy. good thing i brought my own. The breaking point was pulling back the sheets on one bed and seeing a brown stain and blue lint on the sheets at the lower end of the bed. secondly, i pulled back the sheets on the second bed and discovered that the cover sheet was stuck to the fitted sheet at a spot in the bed!.
at that point I packed my bags and checked out. Driving back to New Orleans at 11pm at night.
