Very nice resort. Front desk staff are wonderful. We had trouble with calling and they could not find our reservation. Took some time and they found it. I think it was a language barrier. Food at breakfast lovely and restaurant is very good. We are there a few times. Location is excellent walkable to beach and downtown area. Would recommend again.

I am absolutely disgusted with my reservation here. We booked a 3 bedroom apt to be given 2 sep rooms-with young children. The door between the rooms would not open properly and my son got insured as the door swung back at him. Management are diabolical. Can’t and won’t help. Had to move rooms to be given a 2 bedroom apt. Food is mediocre. Bugs on salad at breakfast. Staff don’t listen when you order - 3 times I was given completely the wrong item, I don’t know why we kept going back. Pool bar prices are astronomical. Air conditioning leaks / floods on the floors, every day we saw maids mopping various rooms. I’ve been trying to complain through Expedia for the last few weeks and the hotel are not getting back to Expedia. Or perhaps Expedia are every bit as rubbish as this hotel. Ridiculous. I would NOT recommend this hotel. I also paid for a 3 bedroom apt and was given a 2 bedroom, and at the moment, no reimbursement.

Wonderful hospitality, the staff were great. The superior room with a garden view was spacious, with a good sized bathroom and basic amenities. Loved the pool and pool bar. Location was off the main street so it’s nice and quiet, and there’s a nice food market just five minutes walk from the resort.

Excellent location and walking distance to shop, restaurant, beach and away from main traffic. We had an older unit and the balcony door lock was broken we are not able to lock it from inside. SECURITY ISSUE.

The management is handled very well about the fully booked situation by provided a good upgrade package to their sister hotel.

The staff did not care about customer service and incompetent. We booked an airport transfer which never arrived. We were denied gold member privileges. Our family booked a 3 bedroom suite in which we were issued two keys and denied extra keys without a deposit. At no time did the manager or assistant manager apologize bur instead responded in a passive aggressive attitude with a fake smile. The facilities were adequate but all services including room service stops at 7pm.

Our 2nd time staying here. Didn’t know they hv a new wing now which does not hv view! Previously 5yrs ago only 1 building n all rooms facing pool.now the water in the toilet smells of bleach! So we smelled of bleach as well! Breakfast was v poor. None taste good even omelette is not gd. Only french toast n fruits are nice. Limited selection. Gym equipments are not working! Only location is good. Near beach n hawker centre.

An older property but well maintained with good service and a lovely buffet breakfast. Pools were clean and plenty of deck chairs

Most of Staff are very welcome and nice. The room and bathroom needs update. Bath towels are deep red and dated, suggest to change to white. Location is good, very close to everything.

The facility was not great. Room was very humid and a lot of mosquitoes.

Staff very helpful...upgraded my room...nice pool...comfortable room...responsive staff...very good location...close to beach...long boat to Reilly Beach...nightmarket...while and transportation. Room was quiet...bed very comfortable. Breakfast limited but ok. I recommend this hotel ...so much better than average.

Lovely islands near by. Food is lovely. Various restaurant. Interesting entertainment. Very good tailor in town. Umo Collection. The best in town. Ask for Subash. Wont regret it.I would recommend to hire a car or a motorbike to visit places .

location of this hotel is in possibly the best part of Ao Nang! Great pools, and grounds....almost no reason to leave resort! Transportation to and from airport on shuttle is easy and cheap to find. I booked my day trips from lobby with pick up and drop off at front door! My rooms....second time at resort....modern with big bathrooms, with excellent air conditioning. Nice place to take midday siesta! I really did enjoy this resort!

Pool area was great .The swim up bar was very handy for my partner ,son, girlfriend and myself .The breakfast you could not fault it and the staff very obliging .Would definitely stay again.

The only complain is electric city keep cutting off. I think over loaded. One of the night at middle of the night around 3 am light go off for quite a Long time. Have to suffer in the room no light n no Aircorn . They have not fix this problem . We stayed 3 time here n same light off problem. Don't understand why they not fixing this?

Its a relatively easy walk from the old town krabi. 5 mins up a slight slope. Their staff had our rooms ready in advanced and brought us up to the hotel room sharing the facilities and restaurant for breakfast of the resort. An hour in the room the electricity went dead. We called the receiptionist and within minutes it was back on. To avoid such, best not to on all the appliances. Bed was just nice. Spacious place and clean and sandy free tiles. There was also 2 bottled 1litre water for our own consumption free. The bathroom is spacious with a window that opens to the view of the room n balcony. A greenery view of the cliff and sky whilst soaking in the tub. Cool air from the air conditioning fills the room real fast too. Breakfast at the restaurant is a fusion of thai and american. Staff were friendly, helpful and greeted us with their smiles. Generally a laid back resort to relax and unwind. Free wifi is available at the lobby.
