The refrigerator was hot and there wasn’t any skin cream in the container but everything else was good

It was in an easy, convenient area that had several food options. There was a mishap with how many nights we were staying but overall it was a good experience.

One window shade inoperable. No soap dispenser by bathroom sink. Had to run ac/heat fan as white noise due to hallway noise.
Hotel breakfast service was a joke for the price charged. Poor quality and selection. No regular coffee available on two mornings and no coffee at all on one morning.
Will choose other accommodations on next trip to area.

The front desk lady rolled her eyes and had a big attitude when I’d ask her simple questions.

This trip was excellent. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. I threw my card in the self check out early in the morning. Everything was fine until I realized I forgot my cell phone in my room. I was on my way to a meeting. I quickly came back to the hotel and asked the front desk to activate my room again. It was another person at the desk from when I left earlier. Turns out my name wasn’t on the room I stayed in. After pleading with the front desk to let me back to the room she eventually did. I was able to retrieve my cell phone after awhile. However they made me late to get to my meeting. Never found out if I if I had a room there but I probably will stay again soon.

We have stayed at this Hilton Garden before. It is convenient to family we visit while there. The facility is a bit older and could use a few updates: lamps with usb ports would be great, SMART TV so I could access my Netflix and such. Also most other Hilton Hotels have the electronic key, check in, room controls, security feature of using key to travel in the elevator but this one does not. Not deal breaker and we will definitely stay there again. The friendliness of staff, awesome bar area and excellent breakfast offset the negatives, to us anyway.

Good location, you can just walk few steps to eat from IHOP to TGIF and others.

Upside: The hotel staff were amazingly friendly and the hotel was nice for the most part.
Downside: Almost $14.00 for a crummy breakfast, PER person. What a joke. Thank goodness there was an IHOP almost right in the hotel parking lot. I think next time I’ll make sure to stay at a hotel with free breakfast.

I didn’t think the bathroom was cleaned as well as it should have been. Not enough of an issue to change rooms, but not as good as we expect from hotels.

The property was next to an IHOP for a meal and was quiet. Staff seemed to have little interest in guest welfare and never even asked about my stay there, nor told me something simple such as where the ice machine was, and charged $50 for incidentals without any definition of what that was. I never used any coffee, and made sure to use only one towel and was told the money would not be given back until 3-5 days later if then.

When we checked in the front assistant was not very nice and even when I walked in the hotel they ignored people and talked with themselves. First day they did not clean room. Second day they didn’t do it till 3:30 when we came back for a nap and on day of check out they knocked at 8 and 9 to clean but we were sleep and told them we were not leaving soon. A group of guests were smoking weed in back as we tried to enter.

Horrible customer service...I left a complete review on Google...we as customers have choices we shouldn't feel like it's our privilege to be in their hotel...we expect basic things courtesy and not have to yell to get 3 towels

I felt that the attention paid to me for questions that I was asking about my stay with the front desk were handled very poorly. Additionally, when I asked for my bill, I was told that because I made the reservation through a third-party she could not tell me the bill, or Jane to stand. But she certainly could’ve told me the cost of my incidentals for which I gave her a credit card. Additionally, I was told when I made the booking that breakfast was included I had breakfast, and then I was charged $30. As a Hilton Honors member for many many years, I was very disappointed with this day I am currently at another Hilton Garden Inn in North Carolina, and will be in another tomorrow in South Carolina. So the stay yesterday was extremely disappointing .

Reliable, clean safe place for me to stay when visiting family.
we asked to be put on the 4th floor which the staff did. The room was a little musty and the frig was off, but we were able to get things up and moving. Staff are always friendly, kind and customer oriented.

I did not see any recycling bins for collecting plastic bottles etc. also, the bathroom door does not lock.

It was fabulous except for breakfast was not included in the price. That was unexpected.

It was just ok. Cleanliness was acceptable. The bed looked like a King but it felt too soft and thin. There is a restaurant on the premises. You are close to a shopping center where you can have breakfast (there's an IHOP..but the IHOP wasn't good lol). Anyways, the tv kept scrambling and I saw that someone mentioned it on another review. Believe it. Their cable connection needs to be improved. Since I was there overnight, I didn't call the front desk I told her in the morning.
