We’ve stayed at Red Roof many times while in Herkimer! Always a convenient, clean, and well kept room, with great service. We really like the simple and tasty breakfast options. Only a small complaint that the shower felt a little underpowered and not that hot, but otherwise, a great stay. Will definitely stay again!

The check in was easy until we got to the room and found the bed was unmade. The front desk was very responsive and switched us to another room quite quickly.

By far the nicest Red Roof I've ever stayed in!! Nicely updated, clean, large rooms, super helpful staff. The breakfast had all of the options that you would expect of a nice hotel.

By far the nicest Red Roof we have stayed in! Clean, comfortable and friendly. Front desk clerk even moved his car to give us the last available spot even though we arrived about 1:30 am!

The room was roomy. My only complaint is that there was only one coffee cup and some of the towels were frayed. Also, the footsteps of the people above woke me up at 6:00.

Great spot. Had & answered 3 of them ,only to have attendant knock on door before checkout time and tell me I didn't reply? Don't come for me unless I am in room after checkout time. Property is clean ,nice room,good breakfast, area info,pool , coffee and nice staff

Stayed two nights. Liked the fact that they opened the breakfast area at 5:30 am and that there was someone available at the reception 24 hours. Room was cleaned and beds made between the two days unlike some hotels. Also liked that there was a small fridge in the room.
