The power was out when I arrived. I was trying to get checked in clerk was on the phone with someone the whole time.talking about power outage. Then she took a second call and waiting on other guests not once but 3 times. Then finally gave me a room on the third floor no elevator. Had to walk up to the third floor, since power was out. I came back on about two hours later. There was no walk in shower,I requested a walk in shower.The next morning,I discovered the hair dryer or plug in did not work. The desk clerk told me there was nothing he could do. Said maintenance would have to fixed it when they got there. He said there were no hair dryers to use and no rooms free for me to use hair dryer. He spoke very low. I had to ask him several times to speak up. I had to go buy a hair dryer. And find a place to dry my hair. I was offered no discounts. I was in town for medical appointments.

OK. Outside and lobby of hotel presentable. The bathroom in our room looked to be recently remodeled. The room was clean but ran down. The carpet was old and failing apart. The walls were missing some paint and many cracks were the wall and ceiling met. Breakfast was your normal hotel breakfast. Since it was the weekend the breakfast didn’t open until 7:00am which was annoying because we needed to leave the hotel by 7:15am, and they didn’t open 1 minute before 7:00 am even though people were waiting and everything was ready. I probably wouldn’t pay $176 a night to stay there again.

It was a good stay. Unfortunately, I could hear the conversations and TV in the other room as well as the doors closing on the room doors.

Exactly what I was looking for. Convenient, clean, accessible, and good value. Just be aware that there is no free shuttle service from the airport.

We came for a concert on Thursday night and stayed till Saturday morning. The check in was super easy, we got to our room and it was very clean which made me happy. The free continental breakfast was great Friday morning, we were a little disappointed to see that the exact same foods were served Saturday, but we still ate and it was good.
Beds were comfortable, water was hot. The only thing I wished for was somewhere else to sit (only the beds and rolling desk chair) as we spent quite a bit of time Friday in our room.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience!

The room was very clean. Very good quality for the price. Would stay here again.
Something to keep in mind- if you are planning to park and fly there is a $60 fee if you book through 3rd party websites.

Beds are comfortable. Rooms are decent. Customer service was great. I only gave the rooms a 4 star because they are animal friendly but things are scratched up and had to change rooms but the young lady was very nice and informed me that the rooms are pet friendly. I just feel if they make you pay a deposit for a pet then maybe they should take that deposit to fix what the pets scratch up. But other than that the rooms would have gotten a 5 star. Thanks for letting my daughter practice her clarinet for her ISSMA STATE competition.

The only negative were the pillows provided for a king bed. There weren't enough of them and the ones provider were too flat. Other than that great stay

The stay was fine. The hotel is a little bit older or well used but overall the stay was good. Very quiet and it appeared pretty full. Good fitness room with a variety. Pool was nice and clean. Room was clean and comfortable and the additional side chair was even a recliner. Breakfast was a good variety although I am not a fan of the eggs and sausage that are served but I think every hotel uses the easier option of those. But hey it’s free and there are plenty of other options to choose from.

The staff was alright. The hotel was disgusting. I had booked 2 nights and only stayed for 1. The room was so gross we didn’t take our socks off and used blankets we had in our car.

Great place for a quick stop while driving across country. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good in the morning! Clean and affordable.

Reserved only for indoor pool as we had grand children visiting, was informed by the young lady at check in pool was closed, nothing on website nor notified when I had made the reservation weeks in advance. I asked if there would be any type of discount and was told by her she could just cancel us and we could just go somewhere else if that was an issue, it was 6pm after our granddaughters performance with the Indianapolis children's choir, obviously that was not an option. We had paid for the room through monday but ended up leaving Sunday morning since we couldn't have the kids over to swim, it was a rainy cold weekend, the room was nice but the bathroom has not been properly cleaned with tissues empty and low tp. Breakfast was not up to par at all, dti waffles and 3 day old gravy and biscuits as it was presented.

In town for a convention - very affordable compared to convention sites... easy access to the airport and gas for car rental - eateries as well.

Excellent staff, very friendly and courteous...very clean hotel room, just need some work on the bathroom floor and carpet is starting to tear away from tile...breakfast was good..

We stayed two nights and the second night it was very noisy on our end of the hall. People banging on doors, asking to be permitted to come in, demanding to know who was in the room and etc. it was very loud and went on for about 45 minutes. I contemplated opening my door and asking them to be quiet...but I was a bit afraid. I was just trying to formulate what to say when I called the front desk for assistance...when it finally quieted down. I understand that there is no good way to prevent things like this from occurring and I should have called...but I didn't know which rooms were involved and I was hesitant to go out into the hall to find out...so I decided not to call. Other than that our stay was very pleasant. Thank You!

Stayed there because web site said there was shuttle ride from airport. But when called for shuttle from airport said I needed to request 24 hours in advance. Then when I tried to use shuttle back to airport was told it cost 20.00. Why advertise airport shuttle when it costs money??
