Breakfast of a very low standard. Variation of the food not near good enough. Paper dishes and plastic cutlery. No hotel bar. Elevator very, very slow. Rooms spaceful though.

Good, well run hotel with pretty good rooms, a nice little pool, reasonable breakfast. Only issue was that one of the two elevators was broken and the other was intermittently out.

When we checked in the desk person was at lunch and we had to wait. Breakfast items were always needing refilled. Garbage was not emptied so we had to leave our garbage on the table. We had to go to the store to buy our own breakfast foods. We asked for additional towels sent to our room and they did not come. I had to go down and get them and the desk person was not doing anything. This was the worst Marriot property I have ever stayed at. Very disappointed.

The stay was very good. The only suggestion I have is that the tv which is large sits in front of the mirror....that renders that mirror usless.

I feel like an upgrade for the lamps in the rooms would be great. Ones with USB ports to plug devices into so they can charge

1 checkin took too long 2- broken bedsid lamp switch and loose bathroom door clothes hook 3- hot tube water temp not hot 4- no fruit, eggs at 8am breakfast despite checking beforehand- very unhealthy choices Will choose other hotel next time

I highly recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Los Angeles West Covina. The location is very manageable by me and my family. Friendly staff, no need to pay parking and they even have breakfast snacks.

Staff was extremely unhelpful and unconcerned. Blamed it on short staffing, which I get, but no need to be rude or unhelpful. The breakfast was poor for the price paid. I would never stay here again

Extremely rude staff during the check in. The house keeping is not so great since we had to go to the front desk to get refills for shampoo and etc. (they don't seem to have house keeping staff readily available and would not deliver to the room) The only descent part of the stay was the breakfast which was surprisingly well stocked with good yogurt and oatmeal. I would NOT return here.

The hotel rooms need some better technology features, such as USB ports, whether on the lamps or on the wall plugs or update the clocks to have a USB port. For people traveling on business, I his would be helpful. Also, iron was missing but guest services delivered one after I requested it.

The property was kept very clean and tidy. At breakfast, all their staff members were hands-on on restocking items and cleaning the dining areas. I stayed in the 3rd floor & it had a faint dirty odor to it; I believe it was the carper, however, my room was clean and I had no issues in my stay.

We were trying to checkout at around 7am and no one was available at the front desk for over 15 minutes. We waited until a kitchen worker came over to help us.

Good parking, but 45-55 min drive to city center. Breakfast is it very limited variety. We booked the hotel through hotels.com, but they never responder to our messages and while Driving from SFO they told us we didnt have any reservation.

Nice place, decent value. Right off I-10. Jacuzzi was awesome. Breakfast was ok, lots of carbs, only chocolate muffins? Staff was very good, at all times.

My granddaughter and I had a very nice overnight stay at this establishment. The bed was very comfortable and I really like the four marvelous pillows! We asked for and received a late checkout as my granddaughter was a bridesmaid in a 3:00 wedding. Helpful and courteous staff made this hotel an excellent choice!
