Lovely hotel and friendly staff.

Poor breakfast & room too small. Besides, hotel charged us VAT, which we were not aware that we have to pay for.

The hotel was at full capacity and the staff seemed totally unprepared for this. At check in we were given a room that was occupied (Imagine the shock of walking into a room after an hour in reception to find it dirty, with other people’s stuff!). Breakfast was lackluster and the staff insisted on charging it although it was clearly stated it was included in the reservation. Definitely not recommending or returning

Single beds were 90cm wide which is certainly too small for some people. Good in general.

It’s just off the busy town square area, so quiet and accessible to other places via a short walk. Has parking space if you have a car during the stay

ONe complaint is they charge for using the jacuzzi and sauna ($20 per person per hour for each). The listing should disclose this.

This hotel has friendly, helpful people on staff and they took care of a slight problem we had very quickly. Recommended.

shuttle bus should be improvement the service for your gusts .It was difficult to find where can be ridded. please to specific it on your itinerary where when new customer coming to your city airport to find the location for ride.

Great hotel would definitely recommend and stay again. Would have been nice to have the coffee in the room replenished daily (you get 1 on the 1st day only) and Chile has a weird way of having rooms overlooking each other which means it’s a bit dark. The staff were absolutely brilliant though. Could not be more helpful, the room was lovely, comfortable and clean with an excellent breakfast!

With better service, this nice-looking hotel could be great. Unfortunately, they were very short staffed, resulting in me having to wait over 1 hr to check in, as my room was not ready. My room was also not very clean as their was a stain on my sheets.

The staffs here are friendly, well mannered, and caring. The room was clean and nice. The restaurant in the hotel has good breakfast and dinner. Overall I liked the hotel Cabo de Hornos better.

Comfortable rooms with good amenities and good sound proofing compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast is really, really good. The cleaning staff do a really great job as well. Everyone is very friendly and I will definitely stay here again.

Good central location. The hotel is in two halves - modern and “old”. We were in the modern part which was nice. Breakfast was good and staff nice. Gym/ hot tub looked poor - we decided not to try! Some nice bars nearby.

This hotel was as described, clean, stylish and in a great location. The staff made it excellent with all reception staff speaking Spanish & English. The room was compact but had everything necessary. The hotel also had very tasty and reasonably priced food, especially the menu of the day. It was an easy walk to the sea front. I was very pleased with the value for money.

We were given a basement room that has far too much deodorizer.

Great hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, I stayed here after a trip to the Torres and it was the perfect luxury post camping and hiking on the trail.

Property is well located. Close to everything and easy to walk around. The room we were given was extremely small for two people. Could hear street noise all night - not well insulated. Could also hear when other rooms flushed toilets, took showers, etc. The shower located in our room was literally IN the room — no privacy when taking a shower (it was NOT located in the bathroom, but was visible from the entire room). Staff seemed reluctantly helpful. Property was used by Silversea Cruise Line so maybe one of the better properties in PA. It sufficed for the two nights we were there but wasn’t a great experience. Pros: very clean, restaurant on property.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful finding things around town. There is a coffee machine in the room! This is huge for the early morning excursions. I would recommend ear plugs if your near the street and want to sleep in. Since there is no air con you have to leave the window open and it can also be tricky with the blinds getting good air flow. But everything else was wonderful including the sheets and bath tub!

Was an excellent place to stay before our embarkment. The staff were very professional and helpful, the rooms were warm and comfortable from the wind outside, and was within walking distance of the central part of town. Would recommend to anyone staying in Punta Arenas and we’ll stay here again next time!

I stress that you should not stay at this hotel and be subject to getting one of the rooms we were stuck in. Worst 2 nights of hotel stay I’ve ever encountered. The pictures did not represent the room I reserved. No AC, so had to open the window that leads to an inner walled off utility service drainage.shared with at least 6 other rooms to the side and floors above with no view to the outside. At least 6 rooms in close proximity, windows open, loud talking until after midnight along with periodic noisy drainage flushes which I assume came from showers and toilet flushes. Rooms approx.10x12, cramped and mattresses kept sliding off the box spring. We had to laugh at times thinking that we were getting punker. The reviews that I had read did not fully express how bad it is. Staff and food great until you get back to your box to sleep in with surround noise until late. You’ve been warned.
