Dorothy, breakfast server, was very efficient and friendly. There were a lot of workers eating and she kept the food coming. We enjoyed the coffee, breakfast. Unfortunately ran out of hot water in the shower and the coffee maker in the room was unusable due to "generic" coffee filter tray that caused it to leak. Housekeeping tried valiantly to help but couldn't supply the right tray for the coffee pod.

Dorothy in the dining room/kitchen was such a delight. She was friendly, helpful, and always kept busy doing her job duties. She sure makes your team shine. Thank you Dorothy for the wonderful experience

It was quiet nice and clean

The hotel alone wasnt bad, the room arrangement is bad in that you could not sit on the couch and see te tv, or anywhere else other than the bed, kids up all night yelling screaming stomping hitting walls, running p and down the halls all night into the morning. Not a sleep conducive enviroment.

The rooms were dirty and they smelled. We asked to move from our first room because it was dirty. Wall are dirty, headboards we dirty, curtains were dirty basically everything was dirty and room was musty. The second room wasn’t much better. Stains on the walls and curtains and again room was musty. On top of that my daughter was using the restroom and was frightened by a cockroach. So basically ruined her peace of mind for the remainder of the trip. Staff wasn’t very friendly. “They don’t do accommodations.”

Nice hotel but the sofa bed wasn’t made up and could feel the springs chose to sleep on the couch

Room was ok but can tell needed to be restored. Dust/possible mold on curtains. Heater/ air conditioner did not work. Found a large crumb under fitted sheet. Room flared up my nasal allergies. Felt like I had been sleepy with a cat over my face.

We stay here every time we’re visiting. And while it may not be the fanciest hotel, it’s been consistent and overall good experience each time. The front staff is very nice. They have a great variety for breakfast and serve for 3 hours every morning. The staff keeps the food coming and tables clean even when the crowd gets heavy. Cleaning staff replenished our towels and made our beds daily, and never left our trash overflowing. The kids loved the pool, even though it would be better if it was a little warmer but hey, they didn’t care! They also have a hot tub available and the base of it is rough but otherwise very nice. I also love that the pool is rarely busy here so we almost always get the place to ourselves and have been allowed bring some of our family over to swim. Coffee is available 24/7 too. I would say some of the amenities (like the pool house, the elevator, more parking) need updating but I they seem to be making improvements regularly. I would highly recommend it here.

It is ok for days only not long stay

Very clean and new hotel. Access following GPS was odd and took us in a back way down winding roads and through an apartment parking lot, but once in the hotel and being there it wasn’t bad. It’s super close to lake worth and has pretty much everything within a couple miles like Walmart, target, gas stations, etc.

It was the most dirty hotel that i've ever seen. Hallway carpets dirty, front desk dirty, the room was disgusting. The pillow cases were dirty. And Hotels.com not giving me a refund is why i'll never use you all again.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast matched up to similarly priced motels. I did have a problem using the tv. They could use directions for tv in the room

When we got there, they were not able to find our room reservation. They asked us to take a seat as they got a hold of the manager. The manager got it resolved by upgrading our room reservation for no extra cost. I felt as customer service was good and respectful

The beds are super comfortable. Slept like a baby. Staff is super nice and friendly.

It was a good stay! Everything was clean and adequate. The pull-out couch was a little rough on my kids. Should have just got the two bed option. Aside from that, it was great!

Booked this hotel based on looking at the pictures of the rooms and it appeared nice. Well in person it was a flea bag to say the least. Would not recommend booking at this place.

Price was not bad but weird people and pool was very high in chlorine and water was cloudy

There was something seriously off about the chemical balance in the pool and hot tub. My family and I could hardly stand to be in the water without our eyes tearing up. We immediately showered off. There was also a very noisy bunch in the room next door however, when we addressed this with the staff at the front desk, they took care of the issue right away. That was a pleasant surprise, because quiet time hours hadn’t started yet. The staff was quite nice.

I reserved a room for 2 nights for my mother in laws funeral. We were given the wrong date for the funeral and stayed one night. They would not refund my money for the second night. There was dog feces in the elevator, the breakfast was cold, and the overall hotel smelled like dog feces and urine.

I wasvery disappointed with the stay. I had to move three times to a different room. Nasty. Unclean. This hotel has been removed from my listing. Management was nice to refund the next day and also for the inconvenience of the night before.
