Very nice hotel. Great location, easy to get in and out and lots of restaurants close by. Front desk service was very good and my grand kids loved the free popcorn in the lobby. Evening snacks and drinks were a plus!

We usually don't stay at Drury Inns, based on long ago biases. However, now we won't stay anywhere else when we come to visit Kansas City. We were happily surprised to find the huge breakfast bar, and then every night we got to enjoy their kickback hour, which was basically free dinner. And the food was actually really good! The room we were in was very spacious, and the beds were pretty comfortable.

They do a happy hour with bar friendly foods and drinks that are included in the stay. There's also a restaurant/bar space that offers hot food and drinks as well. Freshly popped popcorn and coffee available in the lobby. There were fresh pancakes and waffle station with the included breakfast. Overall, it was a nice stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the included evening "snack" (with 3 alcoholic drinks provided per adult) and breakfast, much better than I was expecting. Pool was neat (half indoor & half outdoor (you just swim under the wall). We went to the pool just after check in on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't too busy but I can imagins that it gets pretty busy at certain times/days. If I were to critique something it would be that I didn't sleep the best. I think if I were alone I would've slept better but next to my wife, you felt every little movement (but might have been the caffeine instead/also).

The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Eli, in the breakfast area was exceptionally kind. He also makes amazing pancakes. Our room was clean and comfortable.

It was amazing, the view was really nice, it was a very easy checking in to our room, when we got up there the room was very clean and comforting, the bed was very comfortable and high quality tv, the renovations to the rooms were definitely very nice, we went down to the pool the pool was clean and very refreshing the only downside was the water was on the chillier side but other than that it was a good experience, the kitchen-bar food was amazing a little on the pricey side but good food, the staff were very friendly and quick to get our food out to us, overall a great experience yet again at this hotel if your in the area I definitely would recommend this hotel!

The location is great. The free food twice a day is a great deal and the building seems well kept and clean. My only complaint was how uncomfortably soft the pillows were. You sank into them and this made sleeping rather uncomfortable during our stay

Check-in was smooth with Eli in the evening, and check-out with Steven in the morning. Both of whom were very friendly and accommodating! I have to say that whatever type of mattress was in our room provided the best sleep of any hotel we have previously stayed in, in the last few years. Awesome service at breakfast and dinner. Thank you.

It was recently renovated. I had stayed her a couple of years ago and the renovation update was needed. Now it is beautiful! Very clean. Breakfast was great! Easy on/ off the highway. Great area to stay in that is not far from downtown. Definitely my go to hotel for football games and concerts.

This was my second time staying in this place and nothing changes. It stays as great as it was at my first trip. Clean, comfort and safe environment. Personal was very nice and helpful.

This was our first time at a Drury Inn and it won’t be our last! Fantastic hotel, staff, amenities, and close to Arrowhead Stadium. Perfect for us! Oh, and our grandson loved all the popcorn!

I am not a person who likes to travel because I like the comforts and cleanliness of home, but the Drury Inn and Suites were really nice to stay at. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of choices. This is a definite must stay if you are traveling.

Our stay was perfect from check-in to check-out. The exterior of the hotel was very clean and inviting. Great area that made us feel safe and comfortable, The interior; was just as good. Very Clean, friendly staff, easy check-in. The convenience to area events was also very nice.

Property is so welcoming & comfortable for Guests. We enjoyed the breakfast, happy hour & snacks, pool/hot tub, nice area to play our board game and socialize, that the outer doors are locked at night, convenient location to both downtown, Independence & Chief's Stadium. Thank you.
