We were on the second floor
The 3rd floor above us
Had some teenage boys
Making loud noises
Like jumping all over the place
Til late evening like 1:00 am
Called lobby multiple times
To complain about the noise
But I guess the tried but no one listened
I wish they would of called the sheriffs
But nothing was done
Couldn’t sleep though out the night
Because of the noise
They need to change the name from

Overall it was a good experience. The hotel is a bit outdated, but it is clean. Staff was helpful and nice. Our room was noisy on the 2nd night, apparently due ro being too close to the AC unit, but staff made sure to move us to a quieter room. The 2nd room was quieter, unfortunately the beds weren't as comfortable. Also, I was disappointed that there weren't more options for food other than the food offered for breakfast (for purchase). Regardless, I'd definitely stay here again, and I'd recommend to others.

They have some ridiculous air conditioner system that turns off the climate control in the room after 10minutes. You have to open the door to the room, to restart the air conditioner. Woke up with the room at 74°. Stuffy is all hell and had to call the front desk at 5:30 AM. There is a train line that goes by the front of the building and the train blast its airborne every time it goes through, so you can listen to that all night while you sweat in your bed.

Our experuence was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we have stayed 2 times at this hotel while visiting family. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Checked in with the front desk and staff was helpful and professional. When we went to the room, we unpacked and had food that needed to be stored. When we opened the fridge, it was dirty. It looked like someone was starting to clean a spill with a towel, but forgot about the spill. The bottom and the door of the fridge (inside) was sticky and dirty. The plus side was the rest of the room was clean, and had a few trash bags. Went to inform the front desk of issue, they moved us to next available to what was requested. The second was clean, even the fridge. But it lacked trash bags. The gym was decent sized with decent equipment as well. Very much liked it being 24 hours!

This is a new hotel that is a great place to stay. They were professional and nice. Very happy that we recommended it to some friends for a future stay.

Check in and check out was quick and easy. Room was clean and up to date looking. Had fridge and coffee maker. Mattress was too soft for our liking, but that's a personal preference.

A good place to stay. A/C was acting up and the pillows were pretty abismal. The staff was AMAZING and very accommodating. Food in the restaurant was tasty. Overall I would recommend.

I needed a place to stay well my bedroom is getting remodeled and it was convenient and clean quick and up-to-date. Staff was great. Would be nice if the market and the kitchen had more of a selection. Otherwise great stay

All good here as expected. Rooms were nice and clean. Check in was great! If I had one complaint, I'd say that the water pressure out of the sink in my room was very low. Otherwise it was all good!

The staff was great Steve you are a gem! The Starbucks was overpriced and only open certain hours and the food was meh. But the lovely lady who served us Friday night made up for it. A little more attention to details in the room dusting, ie light fixtures and cleaning the glass in the shower would get a higher rating for sure. Again the best helpful staff!

Hotel over booked rooms. Though I paid for my room months before and checked in through app 24 hrs early, arrived after 10pm after my meetings to be informed I did not have a room. Front desk worker, not friendly, nor concerned.
He did find us another hotel close by. No addtion charges or conpensation.
2 other groups from my meetings found themselves in the same situation.
