We expected SO much more from Hilton branded hotels. My husband has had 2 back surgeries and we've stayed at Hampton Inns several times in the past and he's never had issues with the mattresses as he's had at this one. He's complained the mattress hurt his back every morning.
Add to it the fact that there were several parents there with young children, perhaps little league baseball teams and the children were unruly and unsupervised and so many times through the night they would knock on our door and doors of other guests and run. We called the front desk numerous times and absolutely NOTHING was done. The young man who was the front desk clerk in the evening was at his wit's end because he could do absolutely nothing to help and said himself that he'd talked to the parents but they would do nothing to rein their kids in.

Difficult one……the hotel was packed full of rowdy kids. Management don’t seem to care, so we won’t be stopping at this property again.
If you’re looking for a chill out forget this location.
No bar either !

This was a quick overnight stop on a long drive. The hotel was very clean and updated. Staff was friendly and courteous. Excellent value for the price!

The breakfast at this hotel ia definitely above average and the breakfast area was very pleasant. Our room was very comfortable and the we slept well in the comfortable bed.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located to fields for a lacrosse tournament we were in town for.
Front desk manager would not give us bottled water (like he did for other guests in front of us) because we booked on Expedia. I have found this to be the case with several hotels. Pretty rude.

Convenient location to Lacrosse tournament for my daughter. Clean, convenient, lots of parking, comfortable beds, and nice staff. Breakfast was ok but not great. Would stay here again.

When we arrived, apparently the computers had just gone down, and it took about 45 minutes for the staff to get into a position to deal with people. I would feel as someone who is in IT there should be a process in writing for how to deal with checking in guests by hand. That should have been tested, as some of the employees on hand had no idea what to do. Definitely a lack of training. We had to go down to the front desk multiple times as the door keys didn't seem to keep their coding. I had mine in my jacket pocket with nothing else, and still both keys refused to work, each and every time we came back. Pillows were not big enough and for 4 you couldn't put a pair under you head and expect to get any height above the bed.

When we arrived I just asked to have my HH number attached to the stay. They were extremely rude about is going on an on about how I don’t deserve points for booking through hotels.com. I knew I didn’t get points but I still wanted it attached to my account. If they don’t want 3rd party bookings they shouldn’t sell blocks to 3rd party places. They were very rude just because I didn’t book from their site.
