Staff was very polite, room was a bit small for my 6 foot size but clean and neat. Included breakfast was great.

Excellent Breakfast Buffet and Big Bath made so relaxed !
I walked 2 stations (1.5?) for my daily walks and there are more shopping etc.
A lot of eating place near hotels and hotels dinner place has a lot of reasonable meals.
First night I had drinks set at the hotel's restaurant and had a good rest and next morning had a bath from 5am. Actually big bath opens until 2am.
Hotel located on the Meijyou subwayline, so I went the Nagoya port and Nagoya Aquarium.
It's really convenient.

Great service but the bed mattress was too hard. If you need a good/long sleep, you might wanna avoid the bed at this hotel.

Out of 10 business hotels i've stayed in during the two weeks of travel ($50-$70 range) this was the most dated and worn. Old fashioned keys, extremely worn furniture, non-sanitary old fashioned room slippers, and seemingly unclean carpet. Completely non-English speaking staff member did not even attempt to say she knew "a little English" when i had trouble understanding her Japanese and asked her if she knew a little English. Hotel Route Inn should seriously evaluate this hotel for renovation or not have it under their name, as it has affected my future accomodation choices to NOT choose this hotel chain in the future.
