Our stay at Townplace was fine. HOWEVER, they've decided to 'enhance' their revenue by charging $15-per-night for parking. If this was a downtown parking garage location we could understand. However this is on hotel row 7 miles from the airport. We cannot recommend this or any of the other properties that are charging this fee. Clearly they do not value client loyalty if they can't even allow you to park for free.

I love staying here for these holiday weekend trips. The place is conveniently located and offers a lot of amenities for someone who may be staying for a weekend, long weekend or an extended stay.

Bed was a little hard and you can hear people above you walking around. Sounds like people stomping. They also charge you $15 a night to park your vehicle.

Seamless process from start to finish with gracious, friendly staff. Beautiful room with all the comforts of home. Can’t say enough good things about this convenient stop close to the airport

Room was not cleaned on second day and we did not have clean towels. Room smelled like smoke and was very overwhelming to us.

The suite is roomy, You got lots of counter space, a cook top & full size fridge to cook is needed. Will stay again

Be prepared for the surprise $15 parking fee. This is a suburban area hotel with an empty parking lot that charges you $15 without warning. There are multiple other hotels in this same area that don’t charge for parking. Go there.

The room was clean and updated when we arrived. however; it was not cleaned properly the day they did housekeeping. They did not disclosed additional parking fees at the time of the reservation 10.00 tax overnight seems a little too much. The breakfast food was average and with limited options. Not the best Marriott option for the cost!

Friendly staff, clean, around 20-30 min walk to railway station, which goes to the airport and downtown Denver (Union Station).

Room was clean and the location was good. We did get a knock on our door at 8am from housekeeping and had to move our car for construction at the last minute, but overall not bad

Definitely one if the cleanest hotels ive stayed in. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great. I'd stay here again if I ever went back to Colorado.

Nice room. Lots of amenties in the room and on the property. In an area where you can walk to restaurants. Close to airport. We had an early flight so we did not have breakfast. Nice place.

We found our room to be comfortable and well-equipped. Very clean, too. We didn’t love having to pay an extra $10 for parking and the breakfast was pretty mediocre—otherwise a nice stay!

I can’t say enough about this hotel. The staff went over and above every expectation, the hotel was over the top CLEAN, the breakfast was like a restaurant buffet, and we felt VERY safe coming and going late at night.

Ok Theresa is great. I came in there with my kids and stayed there 2.5 weeks. I needed a kitchen, a fridge, and a bed. I came in and everything was awesome. Clean clean clean. Previous places were hell. When I came in I didn't realize I was going to fast and the whole driveway is a pothole. I HIT HARD. I told the front desk the next day, because I have low profile tires I'm pretty sure I dented a rim, I later realized was 3. The manager got into a forensic argument with me saying I couldn't have had it happen in her driveway. I let her win the argument. She wasn't listening. I'm disabled and on my checkout day I had an infusion and I told them I was going to need a whole bunch of extra time for a late check out. I wasn't taking my time, I only threw up once. Being told more than once to hurry up and clean my room. I left a pillow there and a piece to an air grill I have. So, I moved to a B&B for 1.5 months. They mistakenly charged me 3x and it would take 48 hours for it to resolve. Nope doesn't matter. I use the rest of the money I have to pay it. The housekeeping is nice. Most of the front desk staff is nice. Even the manager is nice but I understand why she got where she was. Ruthless. Place is great just don't do longterm.
