Check in was a breeze, rooms were big and clean and quiet.

Check in staff (lady) was very friendly. room was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was very good and cold. family stayed at a hotel next door and was hot in their room. not us!

My double Queen had a full kitchenette and was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay there again. Close to the freeway, but very quiet and very reasonably priced! Staff was great too!

Loved the kitchenette…

I was on time for check-in, however the rooms weren’t ready and I was given a five dollar voucher. What in the world am I going to do with a five dollar voucher?

Staff was very friendly

The stay was good and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there a musty, mildew smell in the bathroom.

This property was incredibly quiet, especially considering how centrally located it is. The staff were phenomenal. The studio I stayed in was impeccably clean, slightly dated but granite kitchenette counters are more practical as you can set hot items down. I much prefer a slightly dated but comfortably and tastefully furnished space to a loudly colorful, awfully decorated, and trendy space. Everything I needed was there or available. I enjoyed preparing my own meals for a week while working on a project. Nightly mineral bath soaks, great linens and pillow options. It was the perfect setting. Do note that it is a dog friendly hotel, and I found essential oils useful for deodorizing the carpet before hitting the yoga mat. That was the only (barely) negative I have whatsoever. Such a comfortable, super clean, well-appointed property. I am amazed at the price point; and I look forward to the next week I need to work on a project and really focus. Perfect stay for an extended-stay type property.

No pool, no curtains the block the first floor view from outside in middle of a city and limited amenities in the building.

Our room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. We liked the mini kitchen. The location was perfect for exploring Skagit Valley.

Clean and quiet

The stay was good overall. I appreciated the parking, the mini kitchen to make and warm up food and the full refrigerator. I felt there needed to be extra blankets in the room and occasionally room service. I heard train noise but with ear plugs was able to sleep.

Don't like fact that breakfast shown was included when made reservation and that was not available. Also bathtubs need non-slip surface--afraid to take a shower because of falling.

Room was very nice and clean. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Really liked this hotel! We would have liked ice machines to have more ice- the in room machines didn't make it fast enough. Overall great place to stay, and will stay here again!

Everything is very nice

'First time I've stayed here, and I was impressed with how they've thought of everything, especially for those staying long-term: full-sized fridge; "lending locker" in the lobby with crockpots, and other appliances, books, etc. for loan; supplies for cleaning up the kitchen area after oneself, and even a cork board near the table/desk for those working from the room. Bed and pillows were comfortable, everything was in top condition, staff was friendly, and overall I was very pleased with my stay.

The front desk staff was very friendly to work with and very knowledgeable about the area. Where to go, what to see, where to eat, etc...

They overbook, intentionally, to make more money, then they were dishonest about it and still charged after they greatly inconvenienced me. Place does not feel safe either because homeless(?) persons hang out there. It is an older hotel so dirt builds up even though the cleaning staff definitely cleaned the room.
