Room was nice. The town as a whole is a bit shady.

The window did not lock or close properly so heard wind blowing in all night. Either plumbing or heating in bathroom wall was noisy all night also.
Had a $25 charge on cc after checkin, during checkout asked about it the clerk said she didnt see it and since we pre paid with expedia it should go away day 2 and still waiting to see if it goes away. Was going to swim in indoor pool but could smell chloride before even getting near the door. Too strong to swim.

Room was great. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Breakfast was busy, not enough tables. They were out of eggs, no biscuits for the gravy. No milk.

Loved staying here. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. It is so nice to get the room cleaned daily again.

Our room faced I40 and only about 100 feet from the interstate, you could hear all the trucks driving by all night. The AC unit struggled to stay on so felt like a sweat box.
Parking lot is shared with other hotels nearby which makes for a packed lot. The hotel also accommodates truck parking so the parking lot is a little shady. Would not stay here again if you paid me.

It was fine for our one evening. I will say that the address is incorrect. We ended up backtracking quite a few miles due to it being on 66th Ave not Hwy 66 as listed. 66th Ave is also called Olde Highway 66 I believe. Very confusing, even the desk clerk said this happens all the time.

I found a bed bug on the wall. I gave it a 2 star because they did act fast to get us into another room with an upgrade. However, we didn’t know if it had gone into any luggage or clothing. We had built a case with IHG and the manager called. After talking to her, they claimed to not have found any more in the room and ask if we had stayed in other hotels. Insinuating that WE may have brought it in from elsewhere. We don’t have an infestation in our home. So where this bed bug came from, nobody knows. We had not been issued a refund because the hotel said we booked through a third party, but Expedia escalation team said that since we paid in the hotel, they can provide the refund. So we will see how that turns out.
We came home and washed everything we took in hot water twice, but had to throw out our luggage not take any chances.

Check in was quick. Plenty of sanitizing stations. However, the first room we had was not completely fixed so we switched rooms that took a few minutes. We liked the seating area at breakfast. Breakfast is great, but it was the same stuff served for the weekend. We were hoping to spend some time at the pool and found that it was closed. The exercise room had no bottle refill station that worked or had water. The rooms are nice, the one we stayed in had ADA compliant bathroom with conjoined room access. Also next to the elevator. This is a newer hotel but can see some repairs already need to be made with carelessness. Our room service was great. Only thing was the hotel staff would not give more towels to us even though we were staying two nights. We got pool towels instead. We picked this location to be close to family. So it is a few minutes drive back into town, tons of places to go here.

First time staying here was great; however, 2 years later the property seems old and dirty. It was okay but this place needs to keep up with maintenance. Elevator had tape on it and a missing button, scrapes on the walls.

Everything was broken. The pool. The juice machine. So no drinks for breakfast. But very clean. Friendly staff.

Clean hotel & rooms. But shower was only scalding hot, bathroom sink was always lukewarm, and the very limited breakfast was served 10-15 minutes late, despite starting at 7:00, when other hotels start at 6:00.

Hotel is clean & put together. That's the number 1 thing I look for in a hotel room. Rooms are simple, but nice. The pool is permanently closed & it's not on the booking page. I wasn't too happy about that.

On a long trip, we stopped here for a quick overnight stay. I had asked for a room on bottom floor but they only have pet friendly rooms on 2nd floor. It's harder with a dog on the other floors. The room was nice, the front desk was great, but under the bed was dirty and, of course, my dog found something. Other than that, a nice Holiday Inn.
