Front desk kept saying he had no record of our reservation. Our Expedia confirmation did not show the number he needed to check us in. He kept saying because we checked in through a 3rd party he could not do anything. Not what is expected from a Hilton hotel.

Room was for hearing impaired. The bathroom appeared to back up to the air handlers for the hotel. Sounded like a hamster on a wheel all night long. My husband was convinced the closest bed was vibrating as well as floor and had to move to the other bed. Not good combo for non hearing impaired couple.

Awesome breakfast! Clean and courteous staff!

Our stay was fantastic. They staff was excellent and super friendly. Very helpful. The only negative thing I can say about the entire stay is that the indoor poor was extremely dirty. Hairballs, cloudy water. It was disappointing considering the rest of the hotel was so nice and clean.

My husband, I, and our dog stayed here after a long day of traveling. We didn't get there until after midnight, but were still greeted by the very friendly general manager. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! This was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had!

A great and well-maintained hotel to be near the Colonial Beach Triathlon.

My complaint was more with Expedia that with the hotel which itself was average, not bad but not great. I had booked two nights and my plans changed and wanted to only stay one night. I had to go through Expedia even though I called the hotel. Expedia said they couldn't change it because there were no rooms available - I said I already had the room booked for two nights, how could it not be available? They contacted the hotel and said okay they could change it - then the morning we left to go there Expedia contacted us and said the King room we booked was not available only a double was available and what did we want to do - well at that point we had no choice but to take it - the whole experience was frustrating and annoying so we will NEVER book a hotel with Expedia again

The hotel is a little older but the staff do an excellent job of cleaning and caulking around the tubs, as much as possible. The breakfast is a nice breakfast that changes slightly daily and all the staff are friendly and courteous.

Checked in and found that we didn't get an accessible room. The room we were given didn't work with my disabled wife. The staff was fabulous in getting us a room that would work for us. They were very attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast could use some work. Most days it was lukewarm and probably not heated up correctly. Hot food should be kept above 140° for safety and i would say it was usually around 100

This was a great stay. I will be back at Hampton again.

There was not really clean, there was a bag of something in the refrigerator and the the ice bucket was with water and the bag for ice was wet

Room was clean but not enough tabletop-type space. Coffee maker was half behind tv and rhere was no place to lay luggage/items except on the small desk.

Very comfortable and easy check in. Breakfast was great. Only issue was bed was hard

Clean room for family over night stay. Kids were comfortable on the pull out sofa (anyone older than 25 would wake up feeling like they'd been hit by a truck though). King bed was comfy for grown ups. Not too busy so we had the pool to ourselves the whole night.

Perfect place for us to stay with our Maltese. Breakfast was great with variety every day like cheese omelet, steak & eggs, delicious crispy bacon, sausage patties, waffles, bagels, yogurt & more! Great way to get the day going & the coffee was just right. Super friendly staff, free bottle water & ice cream on our departure. The room was nice, clean & quiet. The bed was super comfortable & the sheets were very soft. Overall, great stay. Thanks again!

Location is great. On the VA shore after the Potomac River bridge. I also liked the close proximity to Tesla Superchargers. Although not at the hotel itself they were a short distance away. Condition of hotel was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Also pet friendly which is a must for us and our pup.
