Nice check in and friendly staff!

Quick overnight stop from Oregon to San Francisco. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent. Pool tho we didn’t go to it. Would stay again.

There was a lot to like about this stay, like, the cleanliness of the room, the fantastic breakfast selection, the courteous staff and one of the better beds I've slept in with just the right firmness to provide for a comfortable sleep. There were two things that made drop it one star. One, there were no USB outlets for charging, they should replace the wall outlets with ones that come with 2 USB ports. Two, the desk should have a lamp by it to allow guests with laptops without backlit keyboards to more clearly see the keys when typing. I will definitely stay there the next time I visit family.

My first impression is always the clean smell you get when you arrive. That is very important to me. I’ve stayed two times and felt comfortable and safe. Staff is friendly and the breakfast offered is great. Easy access to the freeway but far enough away to not hear the noise.

We had a great stay and everyone was so helpful and kind. The only issue was that the elevator was broken and made for a hustle of taking luggage up and down. Though, it was a holiday weekend and probably difficult to secure servicing.

Elevator not working....told me AFTER I checked in. COULD NOT GET TO MY ROOM had to leave. What a terrible thing to do to those who are disabled.

Would stay here again. Much nicer than the Best Western.

The elevator was broken out while stay- the jacuzzi was freezing cold- Anne who worked there was wonderful!!! Poor lady was running around!!

Staff was great. Kids soccer teams was terrible, they ran up and down the halls till 10:00 at night. Elevator broke down. and our door keys wouldn't work. Had to replace the whole thing.

It was like home.

Staff was great and very friendly.Really like hotel facilities and services.

Good place for a quiet night.

Shoe marks on bathroom floor. Entry light inoperable, tough finding lights in the dark. Dirty hand towel left on pillow of bed. Other then that, everything else was good.

Paid for a suite and had to switch rooms cause the tv didn’t work then the tv didn’t work in the 2nd room

This is my 2nd stay will definitely come back

It was average.

We liked that their breakfast breads and foods were individually wrapped. Very sanitary place. They were great with letting pets stay there. Very safe and clean. Thanks for a great nights sleep. JB

Great stay between Southern California and Oregon. Convenient location next to the I-5 with gas station adjacent to property.

Nice clean and quiet room. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Breakfast was very nice and included in the room price.

I was very pleased with my stay. The employees were very nice. My husband enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Clean and spacious room. The only thing I would change is putting the handicap room on the first level. I injured my knee and couldn't use a room with a tub. My room ended up being on the top floor furthest from the elevator. That was tough on my knee. Also, I would have had a very hard time going down three flights of stairs.

We were looking for a location close to the entrance to Lassen National Park. This location worked perfectly and was a very nice Hotel. The Breakfast in the morning was excellent...way more than a grab and go.

TV didn’t work. Never fixed it. 2 nights.

So the only real problem was two fold. Our room door was malfunctioning and the key card wouldn't work (the only reason we got in was the door was propped open) When we went downstairs to try to get another room the lobby was swamped with check-ins and booking problems. The clerk was by herself which seemed odd given that it was early evening. Subsequently we gave up and went back to the room and deadbolted ourselves in and one of stayed in the room at all times. Not really up to your usual standard.
