Everything was great! Staff was very nice and hotel had some minor maintenance being done but was not bothersome. The only things that were slightly disappointing were the size, temperature and cleanliness of the pool (very cold, murky) and the fact there was no fruit at the breakfast station. Quick walk to sesame place and local shops/ restaurants.

All great but was not told about and understand charging $15. +Tax for parking. Also placing a bottle of evion water on the desk and with a $6 charge if used. ?

Staff was very nice! But Room had flies and bugs! I chose the hotel due to the indoor pool but it was closed! Checking in we were told a list of amenities that was available to us (which included the pool) but we didn’t know the pool was closed until we were ready to use it! Breakfast was horrible!

If you’re going to sesame place, this is the best option. It’s literally a safe sidewalk 5 min walk to the front gate. Worth it for that. The room we had was a little underwhelming. The fridge door was broken, didn’t stay closed. The telephone was broken, receiver didn’t have outgoing audio. One of the reading lights was broken and the coffee maker was broken. Otherwise clean and very spacious room.

This hotel was amazing. I had problem with my car starting and the maintenance guy and the ladies at the front desk help me get a jump start instead of waiting for Triple A that was taking too long. The hotel was clean and the customer service was nice. I wish they would’ve clean the shower more or just bring shower shoes

The check-in was smooth, but when we got into our room, the air was stale and there were uncleaned areas on the carpet and glass partition where it looked like someone spit on the glass. It could have been cleaner for what we spent there. Other than that, the included breakfast was good and I like the movie, pizza, popcorn, drinks and special token for the kids that was presented on Saturday night. I like that the hotel totally caters to children, the only issue I had was the overall cleanliness of the room. Overall, a good stay and I would stay there again.

Very clean and inviting environment , I brought my children and they enjoy their stay. Space is very well divided, we were 4 , the sofa and living room turns i to a bedroom to sleep at night. The Tv can turn to either the bed or the livingroom.

The rooms are outdated and dirty. The carpet smells and there is rust in the tub. The decor in the main lobby is disgusting the chairs are dirty and old. I was there 3 nights and my room was not serviced once even though I was told it would be. The sheets don’t fit the bed properly and are impossible to get back on. The air conditioner made so much noise. The hot tub was out of order and the pool water looked dirty. The gym was disgusting machines filthy with old dirty mats rolled into a corner. The restaurant we ordered from forgot our utensils and when asking the front desk they said they could not assist everything is locked up I know it isn’t there fault but not accommodating to their guests at all. Beds were so hard and pillows smelled musty. Don’t stay here !

My check in time on October 28th was at anytime after 4:00 pm, I came there at like 8:30 am to check out where it was at, and asked the gentleman at the desk to confirm my reservations, and he said yes. I said I have a conference across the street I will be back after 4:00 to check in, I come back and my reservation was no longer there and they gave my room to someone else.

The front desk staff was amazing - we travel frequently for softball tournaments, and the front desk workers were incredibly friendly and helpful and kind.

They gave my room away. I called early and asked for an early check in, they said that was fine. On arrival they said they over sold rooms and Expedia was relocating me. Expedia never called me I had to call them. Expedia representative was rude and took him 2hrs to find me a hotel with the same accommodations I had booked. I will never use Expedia again. I was offered NO COMPENSATION FOR MY TIME AND TROUBLES. IT WAS JUST LIKE NO-ONE CARED. THE FRONT DESK CLERK AND EXPEDIA REPRESENTATIVE JUST DID NOT CARE! I will NEVER use Expedia again! THANKS FOR ALL THE STRESS YOU CAUSED ME!

We stayed only for the proximity to Sesame Place. The location is great, but since the property appeals to families with young kids, cleaning could have been amped up. We had to have our room switched because an odor in our clean room was pretty musty. The carpets don’t smell great and the AC unit was loud and rickety. Would have appreciated some variety in the breakfast offering. 4 days straight of the same exact options.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was great I asked for new sheets and the lady cane back right away with them! They are great with kids and gave my daughter coloring pages and crayons. The hot tub was broken and the pool definitely needs an upgrade. Breakfast is hectic with all the families going to sesame place and they tried to keep up with the demand but Labor day weekend was packed. Overall it was perfect distance from sesame place with a very convenient walk and parking is half the price of sesame. We were able to see the fireworks from the walkway saving us from being inside with the crowd. The mall is down the street and there is a target near by and dozens of places to eat. Definitely would recommend for families.

I didn't even like it because when I arrived at the hotel and checked in, the rooms were not ready and the staff was not very friendly.

The hotel was dirty. The pull out sofa bed cushions and carpet were very noticeably stained all over. The breakfast was OK. However, I don’t think there’s much to go around compared to the amount of people that stay there overnight. The breakfast attendant was trying her very best to keep up with the high demand and refill the breakfast items quickly but it was very overwhelming. For the price they charge they could do better.
Let’s be honest the convenience of being just steps away from Sesame place is the only thing that keeps this hotel afloat, otherwise it would have been one star.

I have sent my concerns to Marriot and have not heard back. Our experience was very alarming and people should reconsider staying at this property with children. We reached out to the hotel management with our findings and would like to speak to the brand site owner. Local management is not requested to respond.

Overall stay was OK. The people serving the breakfast worked really hard and the food was pretty good. The manager was nice but there was one receptionst that's in the wrong industry. For someone working in the hospitality industry, she sure wasn't very hospitable. I asked for extra towels for my kids and apparently they didn't have anymore they could spare that weekend. When we arrived late I got a dirty look for taking the cart for my luggage to the car and was told if I didn't return it right away I would be charged. At that point I was scared to tell her about my bathroom door that wouldn't close and there was no remote for the TV. If it wasn't for the location being so close to Sesame Place, I would never go back.

Asked for plastic cutlery as we ordered food from a restaurant and it was delivered without. Was told by front desk that "they locked up" plastic cutlery for breakfast in AM.
Ended up druving across street to get cutlery from restaurant.
Not hotels fault that the restaurant screwed up, but someome didnt have a key to give me plastic cutlery?

Staff are the hotel were amazing. All of them were awesome to the kids and work very hard. Problem is the hotel is very understaffed. Getting breakfast was chaos and most of the place has something broken.
It was very convenient location to sesame place and was able to walk or come back to the room for changing or naps.

The people that work behind front desk are super nice and professional. Housekeepers present in hallways all friendly. Everyone asks how your stay is going and if you need anything. Room and place in general are kept squeaky clean, even smells clean! Tons of food options in the area, some even walkable! This was our 3rd stay here we will def be back (we have small children that love Sesame). Def a family friendly hotel!

The carpets were not clean in the room and also in the hallways. There were no cups for coffee in the lobby area where they set up breakfast. The ice maker near the elevators was overflowing with water all of the floor.
This hotel is not what it use to be.
