Service and cleanliness were great! Light in the bathroom is very low and the makeup mirror wouldn’t work to help out with the lighting. Thought it odd that there wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. But, all in all, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable hotel. Thankful for the washing machine and dryer. Quiet hotel and they sell snacks and drinks by the front desk. They didn’t have quarters for the laundry machines but we got change at the restaurant next door.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was wonderful! Rooms were clean and our bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone.

Fresh, clean, attractive decor, very comfortable room! Staff was great… Gave us a recommendation for a fabulous restaurant nearby. Easy access to the Interstate. We would definitely stay at this location again!

No bulb in bathroom light fixture, only one light out of two working so it was dark to do anything at the sink area. Mirror light did not work either.

Last minute hotel booking for Christmas. Was better than we expected. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming. They need to update a bit - but they told us that is happening after the new year . Would book again.

We enjoyed our short stay for the most part. The room was clean and nice but outdated finishes. The light in the bathroom was very dim - we were getting ready for an event so it made it much more difficult. Would have gotten higher ratings from us if it has been more quiet - the halls and highway were very noisy. Breakfast was less than satisfactory, but we weren’t counting on that. The coffee was so weak it tasted like water. Front desk was fast and friendly.

While the room itself was clean and comfortable, waking up in the morning to no running water at all, was not enjoyable. I was told that it was a "city thing" and that i should have been told when i checked in. Well.... I wasn't, or else I would have stayed elsewhere. When I asked for a refund, I was they could give me a few extra points. Seriously?? How is a hotel even allowed to rent rooms knowing there would be no running water, ie sinks, showets, toilets??

We made a reservation here from Expedia which stated pet friendly. We get to the hotel after 14 hrs of driving and they said no birds. I have my bird in a travel cage. Victoria had absolutely no empathy and was very rude about the whole thing. She even said it’s not our fault Expedia didn’t explain the no bird policy. So we are left to drive another 2 hrs. Awful staff! Just awful!
