Excellent hotel, comfortable stay, clean room, very big suite, all amenities including refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine, TV, dish network, etc.very clean room, ample supply of towels, toiletries. Complimentary breakfast buffet, coffee throughout the day, friendly staff.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is the food faeries for the free breakfast was horrible. The omelettes were hard and inedible. It just feels like they really skimp on the quality. I stayed at a Hampton Inn before and the food was great a year ago.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was severely lacking. Very limited options for what we usually have at a Hampton Inn and both days 90% was gone and there was no effort to refill. We had to go somewhere else to eat.

When we booked our room, rollaway bed was available and we requested a rollaway bed. When we checked in we were told that rollaway beds were no longer offered. Because of that, my son had to sleep on the floor for 3 nights. We explained the problem to the front desk and they offered no alternative. Additionally the hotel does not offer daily housekeeping—we had to call the front desk every day and ask for trash to be taken out and towels replaced. Finally, the refreshments and breakfast were inconsistent. The ice water dispensers were left empty and the breakfast was not stocked up (coffee was empty, there were no cups, etc.). I would not stay here again.

I treated myself to a spa night in my room and it was beyond what i expected. I was extremely comfortable and very satisfied with the room i choose.

Room maintenance was supposed to be completed every other day; I spent three nights at the hotel they didn’t provide room maintenance

I was caught off-guard by the front desk lady who deducted a $50 deposit for the room in addition to the room rent! I have never heard of such a thing and will not do business with Hampton Inn in the fyture. She said they would refund the deposit in "2 or 3 days." She was also less than friendly. I will not stay here again.

Amazing stay, great staff. Difficult to get to from the freeway. Apple Maps directs you to enter from the I25 access road and there is no driveway in that area. Entrance is behind the building off a side street following several turns. Just a bit confusing, but the property was first class!

There was an entire rugby team having a party on the floor with us. Management would neither ask them to be quiet before 10:00, nor would they give us another room.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and love the location. Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed in the breakfast. Everything was filthy and the offerings were old. The brown sugar was gross and hard. The young ladies that work the front desk are nice enough, but we sat there while they were all getting snacks and talking when we arrived Sunday night to check in. I’m not sure we will stay at this location next time.

It was an overall great experience. What stood out were the comfortable beds (felt like a big white cloud), the fitness center with its various hand weights, and the various fruit flavored waters available in the lobby.

Great location in a safe area steps from the light rail station. Casual restaurants and grocery shopping is close by. Bluffs Regional Park is also close if someone gets the hiking urge.
Staff was friendly, on-site breakfast & coffee is good, too.
Red Rocks, The Broadmoor, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs & Colorado Springs all within 30 min.-1 hr. drive of the hotel.

This hotel met our needs perfectly. We stayed one night for a concert at Fiddler's Green. This hotel is only 9 minutes away, fit in my budget perfectly and included free breakfast. Unfortunately, it was a pretty popular day and the breakfast was a little under stocked. Otherwise, it was a fabulous stay. Our room was large and comfortable. Our room was clean and had lots of amenities.

The hotel was clean, in a great location and comfortable, however the walls were super thin. We could hear conversations in the room next to ours and had trouble sleeping with noises from their room. My in laws could hear the people in the room next to them too, just not conversations. We
