Very helpful and attentive staff. Rose was a wealth of information and they even booked the hoi an dreams show for us which was amazing. Attention to detail from the staff at breakfast. Perfect location close to all bars and food, but just enough space away from the busy nightlife so wasnt too loud. Lovely place with free shuttle to beach.

Wonderful hotel with friendly welcoming staff in the heart of Hoi An. Excellent location, walking distance to all the sites. They offer free shuttle to their sister hotel at the beach with full amenities. Airport transfer was very comfortable at similar cost to grab car would definitely visit again

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at while traveling overseas. The restaurant, where you can eat while looking out at the river, is very delicious and plentiful. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Even if you have any trouble, they will help you kindly. Definitely recommended if you're staying in Hoi An.

Helpful, friendly, and extremely social staff! The location is very close to walking street but far enough so you can’t hear it. However, the motor bike seem to go in front all night, so be prepared.

The hotel, rooms and breakfast was excellent. The service staff Rose and Kate were very attentive and helpful. Location was close enough to the Old Town but not too near the noisy parts. In Aug it’s really hot and I wished the hotel lobby was air conditioned because you would not really hang out in the lobby due to the heat, even in the evenings. Overall an excellent experience and stay for us.

Perfect place to stay in Hoi An. Easy walk to the main, downtown area but removed enough for peace and quiet at the end of the night. Staff and amenities were wonderful. Room was comfortable and accommodating.

Location is very good as its just few mins from the old town in Hoi An. Staff are friendly and always ready to assist and provide information. Breakfast is simple and nice with good selections of salads/appetizers (which we liked)! Stayed 3 nights and everyday different varieties! Hotel provide shuttle service to An Bang beach for guests. Overall, 👍 stay.

Nice little boutique hotel in the heart of Hoi An. walkable to all attraction. just a few minutes walk to all restaurants in Hoi An. The staff are extremely help, especially, Rose, Kate and Cherry (front desk staff). they are very attentive and really helpful for pick out tours or restaurants around town. Definitely will come back and highly recommend if you are planning to visit Hoi An.

I stayed at this hotel from March 4-11, 2023. It is tastefully decorated in the old world charm style with a touch of class. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel staff and manager were very welcoming, graceful and keen to make our stay a very pleasant one. we thoroughly enjoyed their warm hospitality. The daily breakfast consisted of generous spread of high quality regional Vietnamese and Western foods. Even the pickiest eaters will find something to eat there. My compliments to the chef!
Thanks to Cherry, Kate, Kayle, Rose, Richard, Tony, Tiny, Kelvin and Son for your conscientious efforts and sincerity in making our first visit to Vietnam a very memorable one. I hope to see you again in a year or two.

Excellent hospitality is what you can expect from the staff at the little Hoi An Boutique Hotel.
Upon a late evening arrival, Cherry kindly welcomed us with refreshments, and thoroughly informed us on what to expect in Hoi An (i.e. restaurants, cafes, tailors, markets, beaches, etc.). Kate and Kayle were also very helpful with reserving tours/drivers. The staff here were highly observant of any needs we might have had, which made it much easier for us to travel with our 8 month old.
The standard of hospitality starts from the top, as Kelvin (hotel manager) took the time to get to know us and make sure our stay was enjoyable.
The staff at Little Hoi An are very personable, making this our favorite stay in Vietnam. We had a wonderful time in Hoi An, and when we do revisit, we would highly consider returning to Little Hoi An if a room is available.

Great staff and hotel is perfect for a few day stay. Location is also perfect. Next to Night Market. Recommend taking the shuttle to beach for a few hours too. Many tailors in town…recommend Yaly, as the prices were more in line vs tourist trap places.

Little Hoi An was a perfect place to stay and see the old section of the town. Just on the edge of the historic district, minutes away from the river, bars, restaurants, historic sites, but still comfortable and quiet. The staff was excellent, the food inside the hotel good (and I highly recommend Faifo, the restaurant also owned by the same hotel group, about 10 minutes away by foot -- it was outstanding.) I would happily stay here again.

Thou I declined her kind offer , her gesture truly left an impression .truly a remarkable service . Thank you and hope to see you in the near future . Another recommendable staff Mica , my departure date is her off day , and she got her colleague to bid me goodbye on her behalf .

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay, our room faced the river and it was relaxing. The staff was friendly and most attentive, esp Lusa, Rose & Katrina. Breakfast was also ok good with different variety of noodles every morning. Highly recommended!

Had a few days in Hoi An and this hotel was everything we needed. Perfect location, with just a few minutes walk to the old town and to all the restaurants and night market. Place was clean, staff went that extra mile for anything we needed and the breakfast was very good. For a place on the quieter side, this is the place to stay.
