Location is wonderful, near to subway, shopping zone. Finding food was easy and there is a convinence store in level 1. Counter staff Ms 小林 understand English very well and she is very helpful. Even though its a 3 star hotel I'm very please to stay here. The only down side is the pillows, too hard.
One more tip, Exit no.3 of Suzukino station is just steps away from Hotel main door. But there is no escalator.

This hotel was so bad I checked out and moved somewhere else. The room was so small that there was literally no where to put your suitcase. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall , curtains had holes in and in general very shabby and smelt musky. This hotel has no business being on this platform. The photos are very misleading. Customer service was terrible which is saying something for Japan where it is always good.

The room was VERY small. The wallpaper was pealing from the ceiling. Definitely needs a remodel. Room cleaning only when requested (before 9:00 am) or every 3rd day. New towels left outside of door each day. Very convenient location. Lobby clean and staff service polite.

They had place hangers in front of the heating panel so for most of my trip i didnt know there was heating and i was freezing in my room. The pillows were hard ans uncomfortable. Also i went to their buffet which i paid 1700 yen for and it was nothing like the photos they advertised. I feel i wasted my money on the buffet and this hotel stay

I ask for a non smoking room but the hotel give me a very smoky room in a smoking floor, the front desk says all room are taken, to be fair they give me a air purifier so the stay after the first day is ok

Room was more spacious than most hotels in Japan that we had. The toilet and the shower had a door in between, so it was more spacious and even convenient so that two people do not have to wait for the other to use a facility. The bed was comfortable and clean. It was just a bit dusty on the headboard and table, and some doors and walls need to be updated. The floor we were on was apparently a smoking floor too, so entering the hallway means inhaling secondhand smoke.

Good location with access to shopping area, train station etc. Poor WiFi in room - barely stays connected for 5 mins consistently. Rooms are tiny. Can't control temperature in rooms.

Check in was smooth and staff was efficient. But the room was slightly dusty, we had runny nose next morning, that was only negative point. Otherwise overall stay was good!

Double bed Room is too small for two persons. Bed is a bit too soft. Baggage is not allowed to keep Overnight after checkout even though you have reservation the day after next day. Staff is a bit cool without any smile, but overall services acceptable. Worth money anyway.

Staff members in morning shift (3 women) are unpleasant to guest!,,, terrible service.... Japanese people are use to be polite and professional, but this morning staff are horrible. We ask for an early check in and without any kind or showing good explanation. Just want to charge ¥1,000 per hour. It’s clearly a money making.

First time to book on this famous hotel chain in japan. My expectations are so high. Prices range from middle to high. Our room was quite bigger than all the previous hotels we booked in japan. Very clean surroundings from main lobby to rooms. Staff are friendly with some english speaking. Location was excellent, within walking distance from Susukino, Tanukikoji & even Odori Park. Easily accessible from subway Toho Line. This is a great hotel to book when planning to see the Sapporo Snow Festival. Highly recommended.
