Hotel, room staff are good, nice freindly, clean, but my hotel had closed up with partition, actually I prefer a balcony or patio to enjoy might view. A minor observation, when I having meals at root top The Nest, can feel that the staff treat Asian and Western differently, I had frequent in out through it for smoking, when I have my dinner at 2nd night, the waitress treat me like I'm a poor guest that no money to pay the meal, insist to have my room number before serve me while my colleague, a western, not even ask for , just because I wear very casual, a very disappointed from me, hope you will change

This is not a 5star for me.Have stayed in 5 stars hotel here in mnla ths Vivere s far beyond to be a 5star. Furnitures in the room is old,bath tub is not clean,restaurants services s poor.,food is good but the breakfast buffé is not up to standards. Sauna was close. No room service until late in the afternoon. All in all not worth the money at all.

Vivere is BEAUTIFUL! We love everything about it. It is clean and cozy. The staff and service is world class.

On the plus side: The hotel room was nice and the staff was very accomodating. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the Festival Mall. On the negative side: There was no wifi reception in the room on the 18th floor and the pool was very small and attached to the restaurant on the top floor. Also, the floor outside the bathroom door was extrememly slippery under wet feet and the fire alarm went off in the middle of our stay.

The staff and service are impeccable! They are extremely warm polite and accommodating. We didn't have any problem checking in nor checking out of the hotel. They have a lot of amenities that we were able to maximize and the best one was the playroom for my kid. Will definitely go back!

The room looked a little old. I reserved a one bedroom unit but got what looked like a studio, asked to be transferred but was not transferred until the next day. The kitchen area is a little small for a one bedroom unit.

The location of the hotel in Alabang is great and a bit away from the commuting traffic. Great rooftop restaurant on 31st floor overlooking Manila's south.

As usual all staff at Vivere we're great
I was early so had an amazing sushi lunch at the Shogun restaurant in the lobby. My room was ready when I finished eating.
Facility is clean and safe and few minute walk to Festival Mall. It is also easily accessed on the Skyway to and from the Aiport. See you next trip.

Food and drinks were very expensive: P630. per person for a small breakfast. P140. per local beer. Security was excessive, locked us into very limited areas of the hotel. Only one chair in the room (Suite). For some reason, there are mirrors EVERYWHERE. Why are there so many mirrors stuck on all the walls and elevators? The room was ok, average but it cost P4000. per night. Beware of fancy Cinderella lobbies in hotels, they're meaningless. The rooms matter. The lobby doesn't matter.

Reasonable price for a suite; spacious rooms with big ref but no microwave! TV’s are old and horrible picture, basically useless. Fine rooftop restaurant for romantic dinner but digital menu was inconvenient due to poor wifi and internet signal!

The best hotel in the area. Room cleaned everyday to a high standard, all staff very respectful and willing to help. Breakfast great on level 31. Breakfast buffet still suspended due to COVID19 restrictions, however, the 3 choices of menu are more than enough for most. Pool and gym needed to be booked but this never caused any issues and usually meant you had the pool or gym to yourself for your allotted time.
The hotel is situated in a lovely part of Filinvest and the main Mall is only 5 mins walk from the hotel. Major food outlets also deliver food to the hotel.
Well done to all the staff for making our stay an enjoyable one.

We Love the cleanliness, ambiance and ordeliness .,But we did not like the food..some of the food are Salty and the fruits are not that fresh anymore in our breakfast buffet..we Love the attentiveness of the staff
