Good hot breakfast

Not happy with room size, rest room and HVAC unit at all.

We stayed on 2nd floor, our view was construction on a roof, we would have preferred a higher floor. We felt very safe. Very convenient to midtown activities, close to metro and walk to Penn station. Nice to have breakfast, but once it ended, it ended. No coffee refills during the day, but able to use coffee maker in room

Great location in mid-town, short walk to everything. Very quiet given the location. Breakfast was good but seating area a bit small and cramped for the number of people.

The place was great. Everything was clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. It was a pretty good sized room as far as NYC goes. The location was great. We could walk to everything we wanted to see.

Front staff, welcoming and helpful. The air conditioner in room had the room Uncomfortable. Breakfast options were good. Nice to have a fridge and microwave available. Convenient to many tourists spots.

We stayed in room 307 12/1-12/4/23. The room was nice sized, clean, and the beds were comfortable. This was our first in NYC and we only had a weekend to pack in all the toursity things we wanted to do. The location of the hotel was PERFECT for the occassion. Close to everything. I don't have a single negative thing to say. The trip was fantastic (got home this afternoon) and the hotel added to the experience.

We compare it with another hotel we stayed at the week before and their amenities were. Much better.

Nice location

Breakfast was wonderful. I love the eating area, feeling very cozy and homey. Love the nice soft bed. Love that it is so walkable everywhere. I would stay at the same place again when I visit NYC next time. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation!

Hotel is great, like that it is centrally located. Staff has been friendly and helpful. Lots of construction happening around the hotel though, not its fault of course but inconvenient.

Nice facility, breakfast, staff---clean and comfortable, great location.

There was actually dust in the room, which means things have not been wiped down for some time. Cleaning consisted of making the bed, didn't even change the towels for the price it should have been outstanding

Awesome convenient, safe location. Our room looked directly at The Empire State Building! Madison Square Garden is walking distance as is Macy’s and Penn Station.

Love that that the hotel was accessible for people who are in wheelchair and etc we find it hard trying to found hotel room that accessible

My view wasn't great. It was across from a run down ghetto looking apartment bldg. The room was small and needed to be painted and in some places updated. I was just expecting more for the price I paid. The beds were the best thing in there, very very comfortable. Plus the friendly lady at the front desk and another guy who I didnt catch his title, actually advised us not to give our money to those bicycle taxi person because they will rip you off. Thanks I appreciated him for that. This hotel was just okay. I will choose another hotel when I come back to NY

Love it nice everything its around the only issue i had was parking so be aware parking its a nightmare because your in the city your only choice its to park at a parking lot other then that everything else was nice

Didn’t feel safe with tue elevator access card not working.

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Stayed on the 16th floor and was very quiet in the room (couldn't hear my neighbors) also was right by the elevator and no noise cmwas heard either. Room was large enough for NYC we were comfortable for 5 days with a couch to relax on by the door. Rooms well maintained and modern and very clean. Bed and pillows comfy and bathroom was good/clean as well. Breakfast staff are incredible, very attentive and really do their best to please guests. Mostly eggs(scrambled/boiled) sausage, oatmeal with nuts, fruit etc., bagles/bread/enhlish muffins and regular muffins, yogurts, choice of juices, milk, tea and coffee and fresh fruit!! You really cant go wrong...it's free!! Just pace yourself and you won't be bored with the offerings e.g dont eat everything on the first day!

Friendly staff. Great place to sleep. Walkable to many attractions.

Nice place with very clean rooms and nice beds.

My experience at SpringHill Suites was great. Cannot complain at all and the location was amazing. Close to all the shops, broadway and restaurants. Would definitely come back.
