Bathrooms could use an upgrade. The staff were great! Very average contenental breakfast. Good hotel to stay with kids.

Great place. Every staff member I encountered was super friendly and competent. The room was a bit dated, but clean and comfy. The TV seemed brand new and had more channels than I could ever imagine a TV would have. The included breakfast was fantastic (waffle makers are always a nice touch). It's in a great location for the sites and right next to a fantastic supermarket. It's quite well maintained for an old building. Bottom line - I will be staying there again on my next fun visit.

My family and I love staying at this hotel. It is safe reliable and clean. The kids love seeing Tyra, the Worlds Largest Dinosaur out of the 5th floor window! The location is great, across from a cool little grocery store and close to downtown. Best continental breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. 5/5 we stay here at least 3 times a year.

Very friendly staff. Replaced the tv when we couldn’t get it to shut off. Helped with restaurants location. Greeted by cleaning staff. A very pleasantly experience.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beds were really comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The only downside was the furnishings..doorways and hallways are a little tired looking.

The elevator wasn’t working and the other one was shakey and often stopped or dropped. The rooms were outdated and random beetles climbing out of the drains.

Was very friendly staff beds and were comfortable. Was mostly clean exceot the toilette. Was a little disappointed to see because everything else was graat.

Stayed in a room on the 4th floor, bedsheets and bathroom are clean. Not the most soundproof, heard running and talking in the halls, and vacuuming in the mornings. Water pipes or faucets used in nearby room are also VERY squeaky and loud. Loud heat pump in the room. Conveniently located near a grocery store with Starbucks in the adjoining parking lot. Overall decent, but not sure if I could recommend as a light sleeper.

Property needs renovation. Ripped carpets, lifting wallpaper, pieces missing on some furniture. The rooms are not well insulated or sound proofed as the highway on one side of building did not permit a good sleep. In addition the sliding balcony door did not fit tight with air blowing through.

The people at the desk were very nice, they loved our dog. Must be good people because she liked them as well, lol. Breakfast was so so, but the room was a good size & clean enough. Had a good sleep on the bed. The area around the building was well lit, so no worries when we had to take our dog out after dark. Parking was very easy to get to.

The property was great, there was dining ability off site but close by. Shopping close by as well. The property was very quiet, only occasional vehicle noise as people arrived or left.

We asked for a handicap room months ahead of trip. No response, got there and they didnt have one available. We took what we could get. The shower was a joke...it had a glass door that swung inward and left so little room that a child could barely have squeezed into the stall. Completely avoidable...they could have installed a sliding door, or with such a high rim on the stall, even just a weighted shower curtain. So we couldn't shower. A few points got added back for the ramp they have installed to the breakfast room, and a decent breakfast.

Room was clean, breakfast was good many choices so that’s a big plus. Everything was fine it’s not 5 stars hotel so don’t expect too much but it’s very clean place and that makes it really good. I truly recommend it

Down for a family reunion and my room was wonderful.

No housekeeping they only dropped off towels and linens upon request. My sink didn’t drain. The rooms are run down and need updating. For $200 a night, I would expect a bit more.

We had wonderful time at the hotel. Location was good, close to many restaurants, staff were friendly, and the breakfast was yummy.
