Bed was horrible

Me and my youngest kiddo stayed for 2 nights. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room and hotel overall were very clean and well maintained. The beds were not very comfy, but my 5 year old sawed logs both nights. Overall good stay.

We always stay at the Hampton in Huntington when we have a trip for medical services and need to stay.
Great Staff and I really liked the "Lunch and snack bags" when we checked out the next morning. Nice Touch

We were charged an additional $75 for our small dog. When I made the reservation there was no where to list pets. I chose this hotel because it said it was pet friendly but there was no mention anywhere that there were additional charges, if it were $5 or $10 I could understand but $75 is ridiculous

We were in town for 4 days for a funeral. The front desk ppl were great and very helpful - but I had asked for maid service twice and couldn't get towels, trash pickup, beds service, etc. There was trash left in the hallway by the elevator for days. I was very disappointed that we couldn't get any help.

The room was ok the beds were like 40 years old and broke down. It was overall clean though and was convenient to where we wanted to be. Overall quiet.

Everything was great accept ournroom smelled like smoke when we first got there and so did the hallway. It did dissipate so I'm not sure if someone complained about it.

Very accessible, quiet & clean. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly, and Stephanie who was running breakfast wowed us with her charm and service. Very enjoyable!

The facility and staff were great. The breakfast on Saturday was excellent. Sundays not so much. But I believe it was due to the hotel hosting a high school football team Friday night. It’s hard to imagine how much a bunch of hungry teenage male football players can consume if you’re not use to hosting that type of crowd. Everything else was perfect. We will definitely use you facilities again.

We have stayed here before and we came back and would again. Breakfast was good. Pool was a little cold and missing towels. Beds we’re comfortable.

Recommendation of Ritter Park for a walk was fabulous. Pleasant room. Super breakfast - in both quantity and quality. Eggs were especially good. Good staff.

The hotel is in a nice place. Very remote. The rooms are not very insulated which may be the reason that the air is set to fan and you are not able to adjust. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were not well cleaned. Bathroom was ick. My biggest issue was a check in issue. The young staff at the front although friendly and knowledgeable were not professional at all. This may not be an issue for most travelers. The management was extremely unprofessional and definitely not supportive of her staff or capable. A miss at this location. I love Hampton Inn and try always to stay at one. I would opt for another location in this town.

Stay was great! Only complaint is the level of noise through the walls and from room above - not partying, just noise of ordinary activity, seemed extra loud.

Expedia and Hampton Inn advertise as being pet friendly then charged us an outrageous $75 per night for having my (8) pound hyper allergenic dog with us!
If your going to advertise Pet Friendly please advertise the cost to eliminate customer shock!
