Overall a good stay with a comfortable bed in a clean room that we understand was renovated. However the hotel location on a busy street resulted in considerable noise that inhibited a sound sleep. Sound proofing improvement appears to be needed.

Nice and very clean place, reasonably priced , easy check in. The only thing that i’ll complain about is the towels they have in the rooms are no longer white, they are clean though, I think it’s time to change them , i’ll will definitely stay here again if we are in town .

Well let's start with the PROS.
- Good price
-Check in was quick and staff polite
-Right on the strip and close to amenities
- Rooms are nice and clean
-Decent size fridge and microwave in the room
-Wifi was excellent. I was able to stream using my Chrombook hooked to the TV with HDMI cord just fine. I was also able to game online just fine. One of the best WiFi I have encountered at a hotel or motel
-coffee in room was good as well.
Now for the CONS
- It's winter and I enter my room and it's an ice box. Heat is off....not turned down...off. it took a few hours for the room to warm up because the heater isn't very efficient. (They could definitely maybe put a baseboard heater in the bathroom as well) Staff should perhaps turn the heat on in rooms that are booked a couple hours before their 3pm check in time as well
-Hot water takes forever to get to room 138. Had to run both taps several minutes to finally get hot water to shower.
-Bathroom exhaust fan in 138 wasn't working either.

Needed a cheap place to stay with a reputable reputation and this facility lived up to my expectations. Was happy it had a fridge and microwave.

Lovely rooms, very clean and neat. Only problem was there were no tea bags in the room and was very cold in room. Took 2 hours to warm up the room. Staff was very friendly and nice.

Coffee grounds left in coffee machine so long mold grew inside.

Hot water takes up to 90 seconds to come…Jeating system is totally inadequate-At full blast it took literally HOURS to heat the unit to a 20c level…

Great value for the price. No carpets which we like because you can see it is clean. Wonderful to have a kitchenette! Perhaps some details on how to keep the heat on. Simple for an overnight enroute to our destination. Thank you

Although the property was aged, it was in good repair and very clean. It was very large with two bedrooms, a living room and kitchenette.

Owner reamed out a customer while I was waiting to check out, for cancelling his stay for the next night even though they offer a full refund on cancellations before 4pm, This was 6 am, long before 4pm where he would have plenty of time to re-rent the room. Plus every room in the city was booked full, so there was no worry about renting the room again. He lost two future customers that day.

This property is conveniently located by highway 95, so it was easy to find. We had a very efficient check-in and appreciated that we were given a ground floor unit. It has a kitchenette and we liked their high-end microwave. The motel is walking distance to several fast food places that were open late. Our room was clean, so were the bed covers, pillows, towels etc. Only regret is there no grassy area for our dog to roam.
