Great hotel. Convenient to the highway, restaurants, and stores. The property was clean, room was comfortable, and the staff were excellent.

Fabulous service, staff was great, bed and room comfortable.
But, the loudness of other guests after midnight was unacceptable. Soundproofing and doors that block noise are necessary, unfortunately.

The room was neat and clean but the hot tub was colder than the pool which was the only down side of staying there

My stay was ok i guess. When i got to my room the TV didn't work, star deducted. The front desk lady was helpful and switched us rooms, star back. Then the next day 2 times our cards stopped working, both of them! Minus 2 stars. Why i ended up with 3 stars. Staff was great tho

While the immediate surroundings were greatly inviting looking clean and gathered I do have to say my stay was a little troublesome. The room was clean and neat. The issue was the bathroom(unsafe). For starters the heavy shower glass door was loose from the hinge barely hanging on, one wrong pull of the door and a great risk of bodily harm as it will shattter. The toilet base was completely cracked through and it seemed like someone just silicone glued the piece back together. That was a nightmare to even think about. Last was the rust surrounding the bottom of the bathroom entry door frame. Extremely dissapointing. The staff attempted to make things right but ultimately told me to contact Expedia as they were the ones I booked the room through.
It shouldn't matter who I booked the room through, I'm physically in the hotel building, the staff should correct any issues right there and then, it is their property.

Pool and hot tub is closed. There was no notice until your checked in. Mattress was not comfortable.

I didn't have hot water. The bathtub would not drain and the 3rd floor hallway was freezing cold.

Our room was flooded from the room next to us while we were getting ready for a funeral. The water was turned off and we had to vacate. They did comp the room though.

I liked the location being right off the highway made it easy to go to different locations nearby.
Back stone restaurant across from the is a great. The pool didn’t look very clean and the hot tub was out. I was disappointed since I did hope to sit in the hot tub for my weekend away.
Overall hotel was fine and good place to stay for a quick weekend away.

Everything was great. The only thing I did not like was the 3 Dollars I had to pay for parking. I would stay here again.

The hotel overall wasn’t bad. You can just tell that the hotel hasn’t been entirely well maintained. Overall my stay was okay, but I would say not worth the price point. The cleaning service during my entire stay never came to tidy up my room and the breakfast was way overpriced. Not worth the additional amount of money. You can find more affordable food options nearby.

It sank in the middle so while sleeping you would sink down in the middle
The tv was in a horrible location compared to the bed
There was no supervision in the pool area
We had to leave the area 3 times because there were kids and adults just screaming so loud that it ran us off

The noise from the expressway was loud in our room. Request a book facing the back. Seemed like I could hear conversations and a lot of door slamming through the night. The restaurant was just a spot in the lobby. Not a separate area in the building. Limited menu. Maintenance needs to work on the room we stayed in.

The food was great but inconvenient and a bit expensive for travelers. A buffet like other hotels but upscale would have been just fine.

The people who worked there were really nice and helpful. The pool is small, if you’re looking, the workout room is fine too. The place is clean.

The work out room was inadequate. The only 2 treadmills did not work adequately, many of the dumbbells were missing and it was not as clean as one would expect. Staff were friendly and nice

Everything was fine I wish I wasn't on the first floor or that the room wasn't handicapped accessible. I think complementary breakfast should be offered.

Very disappointed in the breakfast. Nothing to offer at no cost except for coffee. One piece of toast was $2,65. Not good.
Front desk wait staff was very friendly and helpful.
Bar was only open until 9:00 pm.

Staff did a great job on every shift. 1st day we had no key cards and we needed to be escorted to our rooms everytime we went out. Staff was always available and never gave us any issues. only issue was some air blower was on during our stay the whole time, day and night and was loud and sounded like a vaccum cleaner running all night.

Very clean and welcoming! Love the downstairs area how open and that there is breakfast and Starbucks very convenient! In a great area minutes away from shopping. A 15 minute drive from River Oaks park where my sons games were! I plan on staying here next years tournament as well.

The hot tub wasnt working. Pool was so kids were happy.
The staff had a breakfast buffett set the weekend of the wrestling tournament. This was very convenient! And delicious!

The location was close to where I wanted to be.
I didn't like that the hot tub didn't pump, and the emergency shut off was broke. I also didn't like that the bathroom water was dark brown. They told me it was because of construction. They claimed the condition was safe, and couldn't do compensation because it was booked by expedia.

We were there for a night, but if we had stayed longer I would have left and gone somewhere else. Staff was friendly but our tv had no signal whatsoever and we were getting a lot of iron in the water which made taking a shower kind of gross. Tolerable issues when you’re there for a short stay. That being said you would expect better.

At the location the restaurant options were not good. We expecting more of a restaurant/bar. But it is exactly what it is named which is an open Biestro in the Lobby so that is on us. The pool area was very small. There was a short staff (could be because of the Holiday) We ended up ordering out for food.
