It is a nice hotel, it was clean the staff was friendly the breakfst was good. The pool was clean the fitness area was well equipped. It is right off the freeway, there are alot of restaurants nearby. I will be staying here again

This was a highly rated hotel on hotels.com so we decided to book and now I understand why it is so highly rated. Claudia was there to greet us when we arrived. She got us checked in and was very friendly and helpful as I encountered a small snafu (my own fault). Our room was located on the fourth floor where we had a beautiful view of the Sandia mountains, northern Albuquerque and I-25. Our bathroom was equipped with mounted bottles of hand soap and hand lotion above the bathroom countertops and then mounted shower gel and shampoo in the shower. The room had a digital thermostat with a remote and when we arrived our TV had a personalized welcome message. The hotel was clean and the indoor pool was open and also clean. While our children swam, hotel staff made sure to stock pool towels. While we did not use the gym on the first floor, it looked clean and the equipment looked like it was in great condition. The women’s bathroom located on the first floor for guests was also impeccably clean with feminine products in a basket on the counter, which I found to be a thoughtful gesture. The continental spread had a variety of options from eggs, sausage and potatoes to more grab and go options like fruit and oatmeal and breakfast was from 6:00am - 10:00am which I thought to be about an hour longer than other hotels we’ve stayed at. Usually, breakfast is over at 9:00am. I observed there to be many families and some families had their dogs with them. Excellent stay. Highly recommend.

We travel quite a bit and this location was rated well, so I booked it. Not the worst but certainly far from the best decision I've ever made. Room 415-specific: torn carpet that one could easily trip over. Location specific: Next to the freeway...I have NEVER heard cars in multi-story hotels no matter where I was; not this place, though. Plenty of car noise and a weird high-pitched buzzing sound that we were never able to locate. Since we heard someone else's cell alarm in the room next door, maybe the buzzing was coming from there. The front desk attendant was excellent, which was the only redeeming value of our stay. I can't rate the breakfast as we were quick to leave in the morning since we woke up often throughout the night.

was disappointed when we got to the room. It appeared to be cleaned until you looked at the walls ( lower) they were filthy. No one notices when they clean the room the wall were dirty? (#317) The room was clean but the walls made it feel Dirty!

Pre covid the breakfast was excellent, now there's no effort. The food I served myself was not hot, warm to cool temp scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage. Oatmeal got cold on me.

It seemed clean and it was nice. The only thing was that on the second day the breakfast was not kept up, and when the lady got there, she seemed to have an attitude.

Hotel did not have my reservation despite the confirmation number from Expedia. I had to pay for the room via the hotel even after showing all my information including the Expedia charges for the room. I have a filed a dispute with the credit card company

I’ve checked in to hundreds of hotels including many Hampton Inns. I’ve never been asked to provide so much information - including writing my email address on a white board???
I finally got to the room after checking in and one of the beds had sticky stuff on the sheet - yuk and I got stuff stuck to my socks when waking on the carpet - I guess no need to vacuum?
Sorry to say but my overall impression of the Hampton Inn quality is going down after this second time (both in New Mexico) of less than acceptable performance.

Arrived and no one was at the front desk for at least 5 minutes. The language barrier was a problem, which caused us to misunderstand which floor our room would be on. After an 8 hour road trip I was too tired to deal with the desk again. Bathroom floor extrememly dirty also.

Overnight stay while traveling. New, clean, close to highways. Great fitness facility. Breakfast meh. Coffee worse. Would stay again.
