We had a fabulous weekend. Sandra and Keith we extremely accommodating. We had great discussions about our families and travels. The breakfasts Sandra cooked were amazing. Each meal came with a side dish whether it be baked apples or a bowl of fresh fruit. She also provided muffins and scones. As a main dish we had crepes, quiche and pancakes. We were able to eat each day on the porch. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The house was only 15 minutes from downtown Niagara on the Lake and the Outlet Mall. We went to two Shaw theatre productions and enjoyed a couple of downtown restaurants. We would definitely stay here again

Friendly hostess. House in middle of renovations so a bit untidy. Was disappointed that we could not use the balcony, in the process of repair, as that was the main reason we booked this b & b.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. So gracious. I felt as if we were staying with family. The breakfasts were absolutely wonderful and presented beautifully. The bed was very comfortable. Or only criticism is that there is some construction going on at the property. We couldn't use our balcony. But overall it was a great experience.

My husband and I had a very enjoyable and relaxing five night stay at The Red Coat. Sandra and Keith are lovely and made us feel quite welcome. Our room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious and included a large covered porch. Sandra's breakfasts were delicious. She had a lot of information about the area, offered suggestions when asked, and also had vouchers for free or BOGO wine tastings at many local wineries. The location is a good landing spot for visiting Niagara Falls, the historic towns of Queenston and Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the Niagara wine region.

The home is beautiful - a real gem . Wonderfully restored home built in 1901 furnished with lovely antique furniture.
The hosts are fantastic and really care about their guests. They took the time to find out what we might like for breakfast and took special note of my wife's food allergies so that there was no issue. They even brushed the snow off our car prior to our departure ...
Would heartily recommend them to anyone looking for a nice break or mini vacation !!

The home is full of both charm and charming a charming family. The hostess, Sandra gives tangible meaning to the word, 'lovely'. She is eager to see that her guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Breakfast was all encompassing and delicious and the out of the main stream riverside neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. I'll be headed The Red Coat way again next year. And, if you go on Thanksgiving, you just might get a wedge of Sandra's pumpkin pie.
