It was pretty clean. The bathroom could use a deeper cleaning. Pool needs more lighting. Lobby was nice and had a little bar area.

My stay was amazing, the front desk staff is questionable. I called the front desk at 11 am to have my room cleaned and the staff assured me and guess what it didn’t happened. When I got back later that evening I ask the front desk for fresh linings and I was only provided towels. Per front desk they do not keep linings only towels and that housekeeping is in control of that stuff. Evening staff only check in and nothing else. Morning staff only check people out, the staff run the hotel as if it’s their house and they are in control of everything.

Lighting in room was very dim. Would be helpful to have vanity separate from shower/toilet. No room safe. Closet was very small. Bug in coffee maker.

it was a one night sleep over. good hotel however, false ad of having a hot tub on hotels.com when it did not have one. Other than that I would say it was ok. Would have like include breakfast for the price.

I booked a room for a one night stay.The room was not ready for hours. The room however, was clean once I was able to get in a room. I was not able to control the thermostat in the room. It was pretty warm inside the room at night. Also the television did not work initially and I was told all rooms were booked up and to try unplugging and plugging it back up. And another thing, the parking lot in the front of the building is much smaller than it looks in the pictures online.

We were disappointed by the airport shuttle service. We called the hotel when we arrived at the airport and were told the shuttle would come in 40 minutes, and in reality we waited at least an hour and a quarter. The communication between the hotel office and the shuttle driver seemed very poor as the driver said she had been at the airport earlier but didn’t know where we were. We were were at the hotel shuttle pick-up location (by arrivals).

Front desk staff failed to greet us even though she was on a call. Same front desk staff appeared to be on a personal call when we came back downstairs to purchase drinks and left us waiting longer than should have. The hotel was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Hot water and great shower pressure.

Some refurbishing was going on, so not 100% up to their usual sharpness. Also, I wish the Courtyard still had complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Our room had not been refreshed with towels, hand towels, etc or beds made. I called down after the 3rd day. I was told rooms were only checked/cleaned, garbage emptied, towels refreshed, beds made every 4 days. I would have to come down if I needed towels because he was on the phone. I walked right on down. He was on his cell phone talking and continued to talk while walking around getting towels and other items I needed. Beds were not made the next day. (The 4th day) but they did empty trash and bring in towels and coffee. Our room also had a really unpleasant smell.

When we are in town, this is preferred hotel to stay. The staff are professional and courteous. Rooms were clean and the area is decent.

The motel itself was great. The attitude at the front desk needed help. She did not want to do anything more needed. Card key did not work and I had to go to front desk three times and she finally admitted that sometimes the cards wear out. When she finally gave me a new one, it worked. But I have a bad leg and had to walk the length of the motel 3x to and fro.

Front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful with check in process. Room was very nice and clean.

The bathroom needs attention. The paper is starting to peel from the wall and there appears to be a trace of mold in the bathroom.
Two of the light fixtures did not work and when I asked the front desk about it, he said he would notify maintenance the next day. Did not offer to give me replacement bulbs or move me to another room.
The lady working at the bar was very nice and the lady who checked me in was as well.

Place was great the light above the bathroom sink was out so i did my makeup and hair in the room and the plug in to do my hair kept shutting off i think we just got a bad room the place was pretty good

First of all the person at the front desk answering the phone was amazing. She was there on 12/3 around 6:30pm. I forgot her name. I called to make sure my reservation went through as I booked from a third party. She confirmed then call back to inform me the agency missed up. She had my kids room ready when they got there. Room was clean and nice. They had an amazing stay on their road trip.

This was our first stay at Courtyard Marriott in Pearl MS. It was a very pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for us. The hotel’s ambiance is great. Our room had a really good shower and it had a very comfortable bed. All this was perfect for travelers who have been on the road for eight hours…Thank you!

Really enjoying my stay so far. Check-in was seamless. The room is very clean and smells amazing and is also nicely decorated. I love that the TV offers streaming options so I get to watch my favorite shows without using my phone or laptop. Lots of nearby options for food. If I’m ever in this area again I’d definitely stay here.

The was clean but the carpet was not vacuumed. The carpet throughout the hotel was filthy. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Checked in on a Sunday and checked out on a Wednesday… room was suppose to be cleaned on the second day, but I did not receive any room service/housekeeping at all. I had to go downstairs to get a new set of towels.
