Great hotel stay for our weekend getaway. The downstairs hallway was getting a makeover but we didn’t hear any construction noise. We stayed on the 3 rd floor and our room was clean, bright and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, omelette bar at breakfast, our super comfy bed as well as the friendly staff. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Room 220. Right next to elevator. The noise from the elevators was unbelievable. I got about 3 hours of sleep. Called front desk. They couldn't move our room. It was awful. This is my third stay here. It Wil be my last. You can hear EVERYTHING. But the elevator noise was unbearable. I could actually feel it vibrating in my room.

Our two night stay was good. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Complaints are there was mold on the left corner of ceiling in the shower. The water for the shower was lukewarm and there is no mat in the shower. The tub was very slippery and was a concern for my 75 yr old father. We feared he may slip while in the shower. The toilets also seemed quite low which was also a small problem for my father.

From check in until check out, everything was fabulous. Friendly, helpful staff, big, comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast. We come down 2-3 times a year and this is our new favourite hotel. It’s close to the outlet mall, Target, Costco and lots of restaurants.

Our stay was good, our room was clean except for a few food crumbs leftover in the microwave and part of a orange in the corner by the lamp, we just laughed it off as “alright…snacks”.
The pool was nice, the hot tub was HOT!, maybe a little too hot, but still nice.
Breakfast was very good, excellent choices.
We would stay there again!

I really disliked the fact I couldn't stop the water in the bathroom sink but had to keep it running. (There is no stopper even allowed for in the sink configuration. Terribly wasteful. Likely the shower in the bathroom is just old but the floor looked quite dirty in the shower. It made me just go home & take one there. Might be an issue if I stayed more than overnight.

This was overall a fantastic stay. The room was very clean, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was above average. They even had an omelet bar! The indoor pool was very small but there was a great hot tub and they had stacks of extra towels. My only complaint was that the bed wasnt very comfortable and the pillows were straight up horrible.
Excellent choice if you have a dog! The staff was nice to our dog and greated us with a jar of biscuits. When we ate breakfast we ate at a table a little outside the breakfast room and brought our dog. We just took turns getting food to make sure our dog didn't get near the buffet. No one seemed to mind.

Doing a PNW trip to North Cascades and into Canada and we booked this place on the spur of the moment. We didnt want anything fancy, but this best suited our needs. Upon entering the room, it kinda smelled like feet, but it wasnt overwhelming and eventually we just got used to it I guess. I personally liked the shower, husband did not, it was for handicapped which means the water got all over the floor and yeah it was kinda annoying but it didnt bother me. We slept like two little gems. Breakfast was pretty great, omlets were on point and good coffee. The cookies they had out were delicious and staff was nice and friendly. Would stay here again no problem!

Check in was a tad slow. Room was fine... Minor mildew by tub. Heavy footed neighbor upstairs. Breakfast with custom omelette !!
Mocha coffee for the road was a huge bonus.

The burnt down motorhome out front was a little off putting. That and the blinds werent thick enough sonthe street lamps were shining in my eyes all night. Other than that our stay was pleasant

Bathroom floor was sticky. We were planning on staying one night but decided to stay another night. Checkout is at 11 am but 2 different people have tried to come into the room to clean and it isn't even 11 am yet. Luckily we were still in the room.

Front desk staff were very pleasant on our arrival, gave us many ideas of where to go for supper, good breakfast and rooms etc were clean. Beds are a little soft and we were surprised there were no black out drapes. All in all, a good place to stay.

We had a great experience here. The only concerns O had was that the bathroom door wouldnt shut unless forced and that the toilet bolts didnt seem to hold. I backed into the toilet and it moved. Otherwise the room was clean, staff was very helpful and cheerful, the parking lot seemwd safe, breakfast was great!
