The Inn looks quite old from outside. Our suite has a kitchen which is nice though we didn’t get to use it. Our suite smelled musty, the carpeting, & chairs around the dining table are dark colour which made the room look extra old. A new coat of paint both inside & outside the inn can make it look more cheerful & inviting. On a positive note, there’s free parking, free use of EV bikes, free continental breakfast with wide selection of coffee flavours, comfortable mattress, & renovated bathroom for all these things I’m giving them 8/10.

The beds at this hotel are the most comfortable I've experienced traveling. The breakfast is a light continental,cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, coffee, fruit, hard boiled eggs, muffins and pastries. My favorite place to stay.

Second stay at Robin Hood for work, staff are great. Rooms worked well for our stay with kitchens. We used the kayak rental once and the bikes several times.

We thought the room was perfect for a short stay. The room was very clean! Breakfast was super and pastries were excellent. Nice areas to walk to for dinner. Price was very reasonable.

Enjoyed our stay! Staff was really friendly and curteous, beds were comfortable with soft linens and excellent pillows. The remodeled bathrooms were fantastic. They were very dog friendly. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and other juice, tea, coffee drinks available in the greatroom during the day. We did not rent any ebikes or kayaks but would definitely plan on it for a future stay!

This motel was clean and quiet and has everything you need as well as a couple of extras. Two complimentary waters in fridge and even slippers. They haven't forgotten anything. We didn't have a microwave, not sure if they have them in any rooms. But there is a nice relaxing room below where there is a microwave, with kitchen for complimentary breakfast and included a good variety, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, fruit, yogurt, sweet stuff, (not full breakfast like some have), but did have boiled eggs, bonus. Worked well for us.

Great value for a stay around Victoria. Older motel-style property that has been nicely updated. Inclusion of breakfast, parking and WiFi are not a given these days so having those things was a plus. The room was comfortable and clean.

I recommend Robin Hood if you're going to Victoria, the staff is friendly, the rooms are great, comfortable beds. They could benefit from putting key cards on the doors instead of plain keys.

Room was very clean, and continental breakfast was great, we only stayed 1 night...the only negative was that the heater was noisy at night but that was the only minor inconvenient.

We had requested a gound floor room due to my husband having mobility issues. We got an email saying we would be given a ground floor. We were put on the second floor near a ramp. That was fine until it was time for breakfast. Every morning we had to drive around to the front of the building as the breakfast room was on the ground floor.

There were some guests next to my room fighting all night and again in the morning. I feel that the hotel should have evicted them that evening but they evicted them the next morning. When I brought it up at check out, they did not offer any discount for my next stay or any apologies. She seemed unconcerned that I didn’t have a good stay. I won’t be staying again.

I have stayed in the Robinhood Suites many times for Business and am always very happy with the Service levels and the cleanliness of the rooms. Plus the location can't be beat for being centrally located. They also offer free Shuttle Service and have E-bikes you can sign out. Always great value for your money here. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at this property. The washrooms were beautifully renovated, and I appreciated the complimentary slippers they provided. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, promptly addressing my request to change my pillow. Additionally, the breakfast they served was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Can hear traffic and other guests walking around, beautiful upgrades from my stay in 2018. Stayed one night but would come back for a longer stay in the summer
